I got a Dunkin gift card and decided to come into this store for a coffee and donuts. It was a slow day as there is no car on the drive through so I just walked in. There were about 4 employees there but no one say Welcome to Starbucks. I guess it is Dunkin thing. LOL. This funny-looking-hair and emotionless employee came up to the counter I asked for a black coffee and two glazed donuts using my gift card. This funny looking employee hanged me back the receipt and checked the receipt and I don't see the balance on it, so I asked him if there is a way to check the balance on the Dunkin gift card. Again this funny-looking-hair due responded emotionless, I don't know, check the receipt. I looked at the receipt again, it clearly did not state balance available. Oh well, let us not waste time and move on. Then he stopped and told me, "there is only one glazed donuts." I was like, what? he repeated, "there is only one glazed donuts" and stared at me. I thought to myself, "oh no, decision, decision! should I inquire if there was more glazed donuts? he probably does not know either even though he worked. I don't want to make him think or work too much because he seemed losing patience." So I said, just give me a rainbow donuts. The funny-looking-hair dude quickly picked up the donuts and handed me the bag and walked away. it was odd. I am sorry for this guy, he obviously work at the service-oriented sector and needs to deal with a lot of people. It seems he was either tired or just don't care. maybe he needs a coffee! I would suggest that he goes through additional service training or maybe hair style training because he sucked at both. Never coming back to this store again, Terrible...
Read morei’ve been going to this dunkin’ for months religiously every morning with my significant other, normally we go inside to avoid drive threw wait times. Well this one morning inside was closed so we had to go through the drive thru & i got 2 coffees, one was fine the other one wasn’t made right… so i asked them to re make it, they took it and threw it in the trash and told me to pull forward, i did so. After sitting waiting for a few minutes my girlfriend went inside to grab it cause she noticed they opened the lobby back up, when walking in the employee advised us we are not welcome back. Well next day rolls around and we go there like a normal morning, went inside. Very nice lady at the counter starts taking our order & mid order the manger Ryan runs over and says “nope nope” cuts in front of the cashier and deletes our order & tells us we are no longer welcome because “our order is to complicated & everytime we come in there is a problem” mind you the only problem is they don’t make the coffee i am paying for right. You don’t go out to eat and get the wrong order then be told your no longer welcome due to your order being made wrong. it’s not right & horrible customer service. i never write bad reviews but i had to speak up about this i felt very mistreated as a loyal customer especially to this location. Ryan should be held accountable for training employees badly so they are unable to do their job plus terrible customer service handling, i shouldn’t be BAN due to my coffee being made wrong and asking for it...
Read moreAs many of the other posts said, it depends on the staff (which it shouldn’t if everyone is trained the same). This morning was one of those visits where clearly the staff is stressed and it’s affecting their performance. Literally, my entire order, drinks, donut and sandwiches were messed up. My coffee was suppose to be sugar free vanilla, as was re-confirmed by the cashier when I ordered, as was sugared. My ONE donut was suppose to be vanilla frosted, was a cruller (don’t know how you get those two confused). And my sandwiches were BEC w/o bread. You would think common sense would tell you that cheese sticks to paper and put it in the little food holders to prevent that, but no. So all of my cheese was melted to the paper. When I call to speak to someone, the first time it rang for about 1 minute with no pick up. The second time, the young lady picked up and was very sweet but open at the fact that they were severely understaffed and had NO manager on duty. Really? And when asked, she said there wasn’t one coming in that day that she knew of. Clearly this is not only an example of poor training but also poor leadership by the management. Save yourself the stress and hit the one down the road on 66th and Ulmerton. Much better...
