McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Cruces

McDonald's in this town are so expensive I rarely go, but add to that some creepy policies they have recently designed to screw you out of more money. I usually go to the one on N. Main because it's close, but the one on Lohman has issues too. I always request a small drink with meals because if you don't, they will automatically give you a larger drink that they upcharge for. Today at the drive-through, I requested a small drink with my meals, and the girl said I can't order a small drink only a medium. I asked if they upcharge for it, and she said no, so I said medium is fine. Then the item board showed an upcharge. I drove to the pay window and told the person that I didn't want any drinks because they were upcharging for them, and she asked me if I wanted a small instead. No irony in her voice, so I assume she was not the one who took my order and obviously lied to me about being able to order small drinks with the meals. I drive forward to pick up my order, and as the girl hands out the drinks, I ask what they are, she says unsweet tea, which is what I ordered. I get home, and the drinks are sweet tea, not what I ordered. Every time I go to a McDonald's in this town lately I go away with similar stories, it's starting to not be worth the...

First of off I changing the slogan to I'm hating it. Regardless of the style of the restuarant, the goal should be the same. To serve quality food in a timely manner and to serve the correct ordera too each customer. But at this particular Mcdonalds on N. Main. They obviously haven't mastered the art of serving the correct order. On top of that to make sure that the order is fresh and hot when you get it. They also have not perfected this. And trying to get the order corrected is nearly impossible and when you do finally get it corrected. It's still cold. I know that you don't need a college degree to work there. But I would appreciate it if the people that worked there weren't a bunch of half witted monkeys who can barely read apparently. Because there ability to read a ticket is sorrowing to say the least. These poor excuses of human life, should pack up there balls of clay that they use for a brain. Get back on the short bus they road in on and drive off a cliff. Because in the end it's better for us all that these paramesiums never breed or work within any establishment that deals with people. This Mcdonalds should lock there door until there able to hire people qho can at least...

Came here many times now, and every single time. Lazy, complacent and slow. I’ve placed an online order, and gave them half an hour before picking up to ensure they had enough time. When I arrived they parked me for 15 more minutes, showing that they started working on the order when I arrived. Lazy lazy lazy. Not to mention everyone’s stressed out negative tone, like they’re all held hostage or something, like they can’t leave, like they don’t get paid to be there. The order this morning takes the cake however. This location lowered the bar so bad it needs a new category, because pathetic doesn’t nearly sum up the staff here. Check out this McGriddle, this is it straight out the wrapper… Forest Gump would’ve done a better job than these plebs, somehow they managed to do stacking wrong 🥴 let’s boycott them to enjoy the satisfaction of this place being replaced by another business, hopefully not one with the same bunch of bird...
