Words can’t express how amazing this day was. So many stressful things outside of the wedding planning happened leading up to this day and everyone there Made my day easy. First off I personally didn’t have time to talk on the phone for every little things. I super appreciated Shannon - my coordinator emailing me promptly. She didn’t miss a beat! She was very attentive, professional, sweet, and made sure to be available when I emailed about any and everything. I feel sorry for all the changes I made and millions of questions. But she held in there. When we did our last consult she couldn’t be there but the other young lady was amazing and was very professional as well. They had every detail correct and then some! When we got closer to the wedding I had reminders and all information I needed in order to not have to worry. The big day! The limo picked us up and took us there. Before I could get out the driver opened the doors and took my dress upstairs to the bridal room and communicated that. There was an awesome women (sorry I don’t remember you name. I was nervous) to greet me and open the entrance upon arrival and lead me to the elevator. When I got to the second floor someone was there to get me into the bridal room. They walked me through the ceremony and made sure again that everything was good to go. I met the minister before the ceremony- Nicholas and he was the guy I wanted. I been watching weddings and I wanted him for my service. My prayers were answered when I heard his accent when he greeted me. He made sure I knew how to walk in and where to stand. He asked about us to know A little about who he was marrying. He helped me take advantage of foot photos shots to make it count. Its a charge to request him or any other ministers, but he is worth it! Everyone tried to help keep me calm and was with me until i was at the door to walk down to my now wife. I was shocked that the chapel came with basic decor, I assumed it would be bare. I was taken aback and so overjoyed. Sonny and my videographer… WOW. They made it hard to choose photos and walk away without everything. We had to get all our photos. Everyone was amazing with how they guided us and orchestrated our day. I didn’t have to worry and I felt like a true princess. My fiancé wanted a courthouse wedding but after our wedding she said she was happy that I went with this instead. For me I wasn’t hounded about tips, everyone was sweet and focused on it being my day. Advice to all, read everything they give you. They are very transparent about the prices and what they offer as far as the ceremony and add ons. I made decisions on everything and I knew what I was agreeing to. And ask questions. I paid my balance and there was nothing hidden. I knew what I was paying and got estimates when I thought about adding on things and those were still pretty accurate. Photo prices, we were shocked but honestly I am sure almost all photography for wedding aren’t cheap. You pay for quality and time. And I probably missed the prices. But I wasn’t even thinking I was getting photos. So I didn’t feel the need to focus on that at the time. This is a place you want to pick if your not into super small details and but enough details to just want something beautiful and simple. I went with the dream package and added a few things to it. I am happy I upgraded to that package. It was perfect for a small wedding. Just see what they offer and know your budget can change and if not believe me you don’t need everything or have to worry. This venue is so beautiful and I am happy with what I planned. Thank you to the team there for making my day wonderful.

Every single part of our experience at Vegas Weddings was stress free and amazing. Before writing this, I took some time to review some of the other negative reviews just to get an idea of what some couples might be concerned about. The majority of them are about refundability, Vegas Weddings made it VERY clear from the initial booking to the last that nothing is refundable. Every time you make a payment - of which, final payment is not due until 2 weeks prior to your ceremony - the site tells you it's not refundable. So, be aware if you're ever thinking about cancelling that that is the case. However, you CAN reschedule and push that money toward a future date. Second, there seem to be concerns about fees and other weddings happening at the same time. First, the fees. There is of course tips for the minister and the drivers, that is obvious just as tipping your uber driver or server might be. Then photography, I highly recommend if you are even thinking about getting photography to book the all inclusive package. You'll want to buy the pictures anyway and the price for all inclusive is low as far as weddings go. Second, other weddings - DUH IT'S VEGAS. There are 3 options inside this building alone - the drive thru, the chapel, and the gazebo. It does not interrupt your service and in fact, made my day brighter to hear happiness while I waited in the bridal suite. If that is a concern for you, maybe don't pick a premium or a Saturday and there likely won't be others. I did premium (12/12) and a Saturday and did hear the other one while I was in the bridal suite. But, not during the ceremony itself. This venue comes with no stress. We initially worked with Andrew and then when he was promoted, we worked with Jantell. The planners are all responsive and they tell you everything you need to know about your day. We ended up meeting with Shannon the day before because it was Jan's day off but everything was seamless. The coordinator the day of was amazing too and made everything feel easy. I had the same driver for the limo for picking up the license and transportation to the venue. I loved him and he blasted the air the day of so I didn't sweat in my dress. Even with Covid restrictions, my guest list got limited. They offered to move us to somewhere with a bigger capacity but we chose to stay with the smaller one. The photographer was a little snappy but we took it as he wanted to get the best shots as fast as possible and we loved that too. We knew he wanted the best looks. Look, they handle everything and unless you're a bridezilla or you expect a refund at any point, just hand the reigns over and don't hesitate to book here. It was our dream Vegas experience. P.S. Our photos came out amazing and there were over 200 to choose from. Highly suggest getting a photo package or all inclusive package.

Our wedding with 702 Las Vegas Weddings was truly perfect! I planned a year ahead and while we had a few changes in planners, the day ran like clockwork. We had an Art Nouveau theme with 36 guests, and everything—from the ceremony to the reception—was beautiful. I used the included white rose chapel décor and planned my colors around it. We also used the standard table setup and didn’t need any extras—everything looked amazing! We opted for hair (not makeup), and the glam squad came to my suite at 7 AM. They styled all of us, handled hairpieces beautifully, and were so kind. Ricky was our day-of coordinator and he was fantastic! Our non-legal ceremony was personalized just for us, including a handfasting and ring exchange with non-religious wording. They honored our wishes perfectly, using “bride,” “groom,” and “partners.” I found a beautiful gown to rent as a size 18 (post-baby!) and it was tailored same day. My groom found a jacket with tails that fit our theme perfectly. We did a first look, rode in separate limos—drivers were kind and on time (though our return driver was a bit wild—it was a fun story!). I had a stunning 24-white rose bouquet, matching boutonnieres for the guys, and two hand corsages for my mom and best friend who walked me down the aisle. We chose the Intrigue package with the $1,200 photo enhancement credit. Our photographer was excellent—great poses, nothing felt awkward, and almost every photo was perfect. Just buy all the photos upfront—you’ll want them! The included 2-hour DJ was fun, though he played some unexpected requests and we were announced incorrectly at first (I have a boy name), but both things were minor. The food was incredible—guests went back for seconds and everyone raved about it! Ricky even got my plate—“Brides don’t stand in line!” We didn’t get reception photos but paid for a media pass, so guests captured memories on phones. We received a gorgeous 11-minute ceremony video and did live broadcasting for family to watch from home. As a YouTuber, this meant a lot. Reception was 2 hours—I wish we’d added an extra hour! We played the shoe game, cut our cake, had speeches, and danced. They even passed around our guest book for sweet notes and advice. We spent around $8,000 with upgrades and I would absolutely do it again. The whole experience was stress-free, magical, and full of joy. 702 Weddings made us feel seen, celebrated, and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Booked a 35th Anniversary renewal with what I later found out was a third party website Viva Las Vegas. The website stated that the package was $395 but when the salesperson called me I was told that that chapel wasn't available on Sundays and so we had to use the Wedding Chapel and now the package was $676. When I paid the deposit I saw the package was an upgrade that included a limo which I didn't ask for and didn't need and an additional charge of $60 for the "minister". The final invoice had charges of $5 for a single flower boutonniere for the groom, they charge $75 for my guest to be allowed to take pictures and they add a $122.36 "service charge" and another $13.62 "convenience fee". Now my invoice is $767.00. We get there for the final meeting at 2:40 and at 3:20 I ask what the hold up is? After checking she puts us in with someone else. Now I've talked to 3 different people and have told them the same story about one of our employees getting married by the small Elvis impersonator and even showing them the picture of them with him. This gal remembered the wedding and the people when I showed her the picture of the small Elvis but never saw on the reservation that they didn't book him for us. Sunday we get there and about 10 minutes later an Elvis impersonator shows up but it's not the small Elvis impersonator. I go up to the desk and ask, again she assures me again that we have the small Elvis. 10 minutes later they escort us upstairs and 10 minutes later the Elvis impersonator that we had seen downstairs comes into the room and starts going over everything with us. I stopped him, explained the situation and he leaves the room. Another gal comes in and is apologizing and I ask to speak to a manager. She leaves, comes back and says there is no manager available and that there is a slim change that they could get the small Elvis there in 10 minutes and what do we want to do. I told her at the least they should give us a partial refund. She leaves again, comes back and says that they can get the small Elvis if we want to postpone the renewal until 6pm (was supposed to be 3pm). Now I've got 100 people at home waiting to watch it live and I have to get on social media and text those that are not on social media that the time has changed. Because of this half the people at home did not get a chance to see the live ceremony. We didn't want to sit there for 2 and a half hours so they did drop all 12 of us off in two limos at The D for a couple of hours but only had one limo to pick us up and so half the party had to walk and those that couldn't walk had to pay for an uber to come back again. The small Elvis got there a few minutes after us and was hurried as he was not scheduled and had another ceremony to do in an hour. On Monday we were supposed to go look at the pictures and when I called was told that for $20 they would email the images with watermarks and we would have seven days to pick out our 11 images. An Uber to and from there was $12 with tip so it made more sense to look at the later that week on our computer. The images were covered up so badly with watermarks that I had to enlarge every one of them and spent hours doing so. Their email stated that I had seven days and if I wanted more time for $20 they would extend another week. If I wanted additional images besides the 11 I could order them at $57.50 for EACH image. Lastly, since people kept messaging me that they we not able to see the live video I sent an email and asked if they would send me a copy. The response was for $180.00 I could get a copy. Are you kidding me? I asked again to speak to a manager and after explaining all of the above to the photo consultant she reached out to the "management team" and they did give...

Thank you to the team there for making my...

Affordable and very nice. However communication was very lacking as well as details. I recommend having anything discussed be followed up in writing via email as they did not write down details we had discussed and I had to scramble last minute to get my bouquet. They don’t allow for a big wedding party you can only have 3 people on each side stand up others will have to sit after walking in. We went with the inspire package and at the time we booked I was told there was a special on photography however when I asked for specific details concerning the photography I was told all details was in my contract. The contract shows all their photography packages and only says if you selected this package you get this however I was never told which package the special included. I asked numerous times and never got the details needed. In the end I ended up with all ceremony pics which are nice however I was only able to pick 7 poses photos which are all the ones you want for your wedding album: wedding party, parents, family, bride and groom, etc. those came out beautiful however any photos you want after the first 7 costs 60.00 each!!!! That is insane!!! Not to mention when I got the proofs they were literally covered in all kinds of watermarks and I didn’t end up choosing good ones because of the watermarks they were literally across everyone’s faces so it was very hard to ensure everyone’s eyes were open etc! Had I known the specifics I would have been able to afford an upgrade to the photos prior to the wedding date. As this was a destination wedding it cost us a great deal of money and after the fact we are just not able to afford the 60.00 a piece for all the photos we would have wanted nor the 700+ it would cost to get all photos taken! And I was told the video would be edited doesn’t look like it was edited much as it seems exactly the same as the live stream I received a copy of the day after the wedding. They were a bit disorganized, the minister took our rings to bless them without telling anyone and I ended up having a mini panic attack as I sat in the bridal suite listening to the frantic commotion caused when a member of the wedding party noticed the rings were no longer on the ring barrier pillow! And one of the staff members made a few kind of rude comments to members in my wedding party. Once I walked down the isle everything went smoothly and was beautiful I just wish it had gone smoothly prior to walking down the isle and that I had all the photos I wanted. Their payment plan isn’t very good as they want half as down payment and the rest is split between 2 payments close together. Also they deleted you photos after so long so now I fear I will never be able to get all the photos we wanted from our special day. I kind of gave up on trying to work it out with them as they didn’t seem to be very accommodating with the photo situation which in my opinion is the most important details to go over with the couple in great detail. This is honestly best for spur of the moment weddings in Vegas. Also they seemed to have a reception going on during our ceremony which we all know can be quite loud as people show their enthusiasm for the newlyweds during receptions. I know my review is kind of all over the place but as I wrote I remembered...
