Bonanno's New York Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I just cannot fathom how anyone would choose this place over any of the other 34,890,723,049 pizza places in town. Let me explain:

My wife and I decided we wanted to order delivery from this location. Checked the site, and the menu says "Delivery with DoorDash". Great. Popped open the DD app and DD website, and this location could not be found. There was an option for the location in Downtown Summerlin, but we live outside of the delivery range.

Figured this location was close enough for pick up, so I tried to order online. No dice. So I called. First, I'm put into a phone tree (really?). Then, I'm on hold for about five minutes before someone picks up. The reason the wait time seems odd to me now is that there are about 50 people working there at any given time, so I have no idea what could have possibly caused the wait. Get someone else to answer the phones.

I ordered a large pizza with meatball, tomatoes, and basil, plus an order of fried raviolis. I'm told 15-20 minutes. Fine.

I arrive 20 minutes later. I walk up to the pickup window as someone else is walking away. A young woman with an "Assistant Manager" title on her nametag... does nothing, says nothing, and just kind of stares at me. Not exactly what I'd call a warm welcome. I say that I'm here to pick up a phone order, she finds it, opens the pizza box for about 0.0005 seconds so I could check the pizza, then gives me my total. With tip, it was about $38. For a single pizza and fried ravioli.

By the time I get home (10 minutes away), the food is cold. Not sure how that's possible in a relatively short drive, but it was.

The pizza had onions, which I didn't want and my wife can't eat.

The raviolis did not come with any kind of marinara or other dipping sauce.

The pizza was okay... maybe approaching good, but nothing special. And certainly not worth the cost.

Like I said, I cannot fathom why anyone would go here when there are so many other, better...

Horrible service will not be back . Came in waited forever to order because the “ only “ cashier decided to take a phone order before myself and the couple in front of me, that was apparently the most elaborate order . So finally the guy behind him doing nothing but staring at ovens decided to take the couples order while the cashier was still on the phone and instead of taking mine next tells me the guy on the phone will be with me in a min . I finally order where the guy apologizes and I order a larger pepperoni and half pineapple none receipt says 5:30 I also ordered garlic fries for my party and that came out around 10 mins after we ordered . I did not get my pizza until 6:28 ! Mind you the couple that ordered right In front of me maybe 7 min difference had received a supreme large pizza 20 min before me. I went to ask how much longer because I have two kids with me who have been waiting an hour for pizza and Richard decided to be rude and tell me that I had not been waiting that long because my fired actually came out a so and so time and I told him I don’t care what his kitchen ticket said my receipt said 5:30 and I ask his name while is aggressively points and say Richard proudly . I’ll never go there again he is disrespectful and lazy !!! Do your job or get a new one...

Loved it! After a day of thift shopping, my sister and I needed food. This place ended up being in the same shopping center as the store we were shopping at, and they did pizza by the slice, so we were in (I love pizza)! I liked that they had different varietes by the slice and not just cheese and pepperoni.

I ordered the chicken alfredo pizza, and my sister got the pepperoni. We also ordered a cannoli to go. We got our drinks, picked our table, and got ready for pizza! It was really goooood! I love a pizza with a white sauce, so my alfredo pizza was perfect. It was nice and thin and was wide, so it felt like 2 slices. I love a good pizza slice and soda deal, and this is definitely a good one. The cannoli was about $10 and was so good. The guy talked us into it, and I'm glad he did. The pastry was fried perfection, and the filling was perfectly sweet. I wanted the whole thing to myself!

We received very good service from the moment we walked through the door until we were cleaning up and heading out. I feel like this place was a little tucked away, so be sure to hunt it down and give it a try! You can't beat a place that does pizza by...
