Maybe the worst experience ever in a restaurant. I work as a GM for a high-end steakhouse on the strip. Since I work in the industry I don't really care so much for the details when I dine in other restaurants and I always forgive small mistakes. I decided to visit the restaurant for the first time ever on 4/1/25. I walked in at 4:30, the first customer of the evening. I was at the bar area and said hello to the bartender. He said hello back. It was very cold. I felt like I walked inside a walk-in cooler. So that was my first comment; I said: "I want to sit at the bar with you but why is it so cold?" The bartender did not answer but l decided to sit there any way. He gave me the menus without offering me water, and I told him that I wanted an IPA looking at his draught beers. He said: "We don't have draught beers", I replied: "I guess nothing in a bottle either?" He opened his refrigerator door and let me look at his available beers! What if I can't look that far? He just stood there waiting for me to see the beers and decide! I just chose a draught beer and he gave it to me. I gave him my order and he punched it in his computer. At that point I felt the counter was very cold and my legs were getting very cold too. As soon as he punched the order in I told him that I never did this before but I was very cold and if he could not make the bar a little warmer I would have to unfortunately cancel the order and go. That of course was not his fault but I knew I could not stay and not enjoy my food. He did not reply to me but he walked away in the back. He returned 2-3 minutes later and told me that he adjusted the temperature. I thanked him for that.He did not answer. He left and came back to the bar with a Caesar's salad. I thanked him again. He did not answer! After I finished my salad, my beer was half and I wanted to order a second one. He did not come by since he was taking orders from the bar tables but I waited for him. Someone else brought me my entree. The bartender did not come by to ask me if I felt warmer, if I liked my salad, if I liked my entree, if I wanted another beer! Nothing! I guess he was angry at me because I told him that it was too cold for me to stay. I finished my entree and at that point I would love to have another beer or a glass of water. I placed my plate on the side for him to see that I was finished. He came into the bar, he printed my check and presented it to me and said: "Let me know if you want dessert!" So if I wanted dessert he would have to take the check back!? What dessert? Do you have a list of your desserts? I was shocked. No "how was your entree? Do you want another beer?" Nothing. I placed my credit card in the check book and waited. For a long time. He finally decided to come back and charge my card. He brought me back the check book, left it on the counter, and he left! Without a thank you, without a good night! First time in my life I felt not wanted in a restaurant! And a first time I walked out of a restaurant without leaving a tip! | give 20% tip when I have a bad service. 40% if I have a good one. This was beyond horrible. That man is dangerous and there to destroy the restaurant's business, he cannot stay there another day and do the same thing to just one more guest! This is the point where an unsatisfied customer says: " I will never return!" But I liked my bread with a very decent olive oil that you don't find in lots of other restaurants, I liked my Caesars salad, I liked very much my chicken pasta entree. So I will!! come back because the company is trying to do a good job and unfortunately the hiring managers don't do a decent job hiring rude employees or they don't monitor their bad behavior that cost the company so much money! First they spend so much money to train them and then they leave them unattended to send the guests away! Managers! Your job is to make the employees bring the good side of them out when they work and if one day one of them is not in a good mood to work it is your job to see that, and find a solution before they treat your...

First of all the manager, Tiffany was at the hostess desk, greeting everybody and also going from table to table to check on everybody, and I really enjoyed seeing how personal she was with the guests. Tiffany smiled the whole time as a manager. She went to great links to make sure that everybody Had a wonderful meal.

Jasmine was so kind so knowledgeable about the menu and was so proud to be a Carrabba’s employee. I really like a person that loves their job.
Connor was the host, but he also came over and made sure our beverages were refilled. I’m telling you this Connor gentleman should be a waiter. He’s that good. I was furthermore impressed with a host named Connor. Connor went above and Beyond his call of duty to make sure that my mother and I were completely taken care of it was my mother‘s birthday that day, and my mother had the best experience so warm and cuddly with all the gestures in the conversation this Connor person had our waters filled. Our sodas filled frequently, came to the table to make sure we were fine extra napkins. He just really went to the extreme to make sure that we were taken care of, and I was very very pleased. Connor not only came to our table, but he went to other tables too to make sure that they were happy with their experience. That’s the word I’m looking for at this moment is experience our visit with Carrabba’s was a complete experience and my mother was so happy for her birthday we Well, always dine At Carrabba’s, Boca Park, Las Vegas, Nevada, as long as Jenna and Connor part of the team
