July 6th, 2019: BEWARE THE CARS ARE GETTING BROKEN INTO IN THEIR PARKING LOT, AN ISSUE KNOWN BY MANAGER JOAN DORMAN. SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT OFFERING ANY TYPE OF HELP TO THE CUSTOMER'S BEING AFFECTED. SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO OFFER ANYTHING TO HELP CLEAN UP THE BROKEN GLASS SO WE HAD TO MANAGE BY OURSELVES. THE LACK OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS SHOW. I HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE THE TROUBLE OF FILING A POLICE REPORT AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE. The quality of the service and the quality of the food had really gone down hill at Carrabba's. This is something I had been noticing the last three/four times that I had been at the restaurant, but being a Carrabba's fan I wanted to think that they were just having a bad day. But the reality it's that they have lowered their standards on food, that's something I find really disappointing since their quality of food it's something I always raved about when I recommended it to people. Appetizer: Calamari, the marinara sauce was underwhelming. Soup: I ordered the Carrabba's Sausage and Lentil Soup, a dish that seems to also had been plagued with the lowered standard of ingredients. Chicken Marsala: One of my all time favorite dishes, the Marsala sauce it's been watered down, the mushrooms that they are using are not of the best quality. The chicken still being cook to perfection, but the portion has gotten very small compared to what they used to serve. The sauce was also very salty. I ordered a side of fettuccine Alfredo, very let down with the quality. Sogno Di Cioccolata: Love this dessert, still very good and highly recommended for lovers of chocolate. Thanks to our waitress Christina for her great service.

The atmosphere was very nice, soothing music, not too loud. About five minutes after being seated, our server approached us and sat in some weird sideways position across two chairs in front of us and said something, I don't even remember because that was a very off putting introduction. I showed her a free calamari appetizer promotion on my phone, and she immediately told me they don't participate in that one, saying I should have checked to see Las Vegas doesn't do that. After taking a look at the valid offer from a third party, Dine Rewards, I showed it to her again. That's when she brought over the manager. The manager took a quick look at it and said no problem, we will get that right to you. The calamari appetizer was very good. It had an extra crispy peppered coating, served with marinara and aioli. The side salad was very good, served with Italian olives and pepperoncini. The steak was ordered medium, and it was perfectly cooked. The broccoli was thoroughly cooked and tasty. The rosemary garlic fries were fantastic! The Linguine Pescatore was very good. Our server was rather inattentive, to the point of the manager refilling our drinks and asking us for anything else that we needed. Even at the end, she took like what seemed forever to get us the bill. I still gave her a decent tip because she was working, where so many other people these days don't even want to go to work. But this would easily have been a five star review if not for the poor service. After all, the very first interaction we had with her was she told me that I was wrong about a promotion, where I was correct. It just went downhill from there.

Hoping to try another good Italian restaurant, we decided to visit Carrabba's Italian Grill today. The service was excellent; our server was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant's atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and clean, with pleasant lighting and music. We had high expectations for the lobster and cheese ravioli. We generally love ravioli, finding it usually amazing in this type of restaurants. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations in terms of presentation, quality, and flavor. The included side salad was just okay, nothing particularly special—simply some lettuce with dressing and cheese. It was decent, though. The quality of the lobster and cheese ravioli certainly didn't match the price. It was completely bland, lacking anything special, and its presentation and texture looked like something anyone without culinary knowledge could improvise at home. Since my husband and I ordered the same dish, we didn't get to taste anything else, so we can't judge anything beyond that. However, that specific dish was very disappointing for both of us. My husband actually wanted to give the restaurant only two stars. I would like to think this is something specific to that one dish, and perhaps they have much more interesting options on the menu. Who knows? We might give it another try in the future.

Maybe the worst experience ever in a restaurant. I work as a GM for a high-end steakhouse on the strip. Since I work in the industry I don't really care so much for the details when I dine in other restaurants and I always forgive small mistakes. I decided to visit the restaurant for the first time ever on 4/1/25. I walked in at 4:30, the first customer of the evening. I was at the bar area and said hello to the bartender. He said hello back. It was very cold. I felt like I walked inside a walk-in cooler. So that was my first comment; I said: "I want to sit at the bar with you but why is it so cold?" The bartender did not answer but l decided to sit there any way. He gave me the menus without offering me water, and I told him that I wanted an IPA looking at his draught beers. He said: "We don't have draught beers", I replied: "I guess nothing in a bottle either?" He opened his refrigerator door and let me look at his available beers! What if I can't look that far? He just stood there waiting for me to see the beers and decide! I just chose a draught beer and he gave it to me. I gave him my order and he punched it in his computer. At that point I felt the counter was very cold and my legs were getting very cold too. As soon as he punched the order in I told him that I never did this before but I was very cold and if he could not make the bar a little warmer I would have to unfortunately cancel the order and go. That of course was not his fault but I knew I could not stay and not enjoy my food. He did not reply to me but he walked away in the back. He returned 2-3 minutes later and told me that he adjusted the temperature. I thanked him for that.He did not answer. He left and came back to the bar with a Caesar's salad. I thanked him again. He did not answer! After I finished my salad, my beer was half and I wanted to order a second one. He did not come by since he was taking orders from the bar tables but I waited for him. Someone else brought me my entree. The bartender did not come by to ask me if I felt warmer, if I liked my salad, if I liked my entree, if I wanted another beer! Nothing! I guess he was angry at me because I told him that it was too cold for me to stay. I finished my entree and at that point I would love to have another beer or a glass of water. I placed my plate on the side for him to see that I was finished. He came into the bar, he printed my check and presented it to me and said: "Let me know if you want dessert!" So if I wanted dessert he would have to take the check back!? What dessert? Do you have a list of your desserts? I was shocked. No "how was your entree? Do you want another beer?" Nothing. I placed my credit card in the check book and waited. For a long time. He finally decided to come back and charge my card. He brought me back the check book, left it on the counter, and he left! Without a thank you, without a good night! First time in my life I felt not wanted in a restaurant! And a first time I walked out of a restaurant without leaving a tip! | give 20% tip when I have a bad service. 40% if I have a good one. This was beyond horrible. That man is dangerous and there to destroy the restaurant's business, he cannot stay there another day and do the same thing to just one more guest! This is the point where an unsatisfied customer says: " I will never return!" But I liked my bread with a very decent olive oil that you don't find in lots of other restaurants, I liked my Caesars salad, I liked very much my chicken pasta entree. So I will!! come back because the company is trying to do a good job and unfortunately the hiring managers don't do a decent job hiring rude employees or they don't monitor their bad behavior that cost the company so much money! First they spend so much money to train them and then they leave them unattended to send the guests away! Managers! Your job is to make the employees bring the good side of them out when they work and if one day one of them is not in a good mood to work it is your job to see that, and find a solution before they treat your...

I dined at Carrabba’s last week in Las Vegas Boca Park. I had a great great time. Wonderful food cook to perfection and the service was just impeccable.

First of all the manager, Tiffany was at the hostess desk, greeting everybody and also going from table to table to check on everybody, and I really enjoyed seeing how personal she was with the guests. Tiffany smiled the whole time as a manager. She went to great links to make sure that everybody Had a wonderful meal.

My waitress was Jasmine love her. This girl really knew how to work the floor. Jasmine remembered absolutely everything on our special orders the things we didn’t want the things we want you remembered everything. I love a wait

Jasmine was so kind so knowledgeable about the menu and was so proud to be a Carrabba’s employee. I really like a person that loves their job.

Connor was the host, but he also came over and made sure our beverages were refilled. I’m telling you this Connor gentleman should be a waiter. He’s that good. He remembers everything and he also runs from table to table to make sure all the guests are good as a host he does much much more Then just being a host Connor is another employee that loves his job. He’s got a passion for the business and I think this gentleman’s going places.

Well, thank you very much for reading my post and thank you to Tiffany the manager at Carrabba‘s Jasmine, the waitress at Carrabba‘s and the host Connor all three make a wonderful team. I will always always remember my dinner at Carrabba‘s.

Oh, and one more thing the food I guess I forgot to mention the food. The food is so fresh everything is made to order everything is made in house ingredients were perfection even with the food that came out was hated perfectly just perfectly. Salads were nice and chilled best of all the flavors just burst in your mouth. Please enjoy your time like I did and thank you for...

I was absolutely shocked and how perfect our dining experience was at Carrabba‘s

First of all the manager Jenna unbelievable has that place running so smooth I couldn’t believe how organized everything was this manager. Jenna goes to each and every table to check on everybody to see if they need absolutely anything. I was actually very impressed.

I was furthermore impressed with a host named Connor. Connor went above and Beyond his call of duty to make sure that my mother and I were completely taken care of it was my mother‘s birthday that day, and my mother had the best experience so warm and cuddly with all the gestures in the conversation this Connor person had our waters filled. Our sodas filled frequently, came to the table to make sure we were fine extra napkins. He just really went to the extreme to make sure that we were taken care of, and I was very very pleased. Connor not only came to our table, but he went to other tables too to make sure that they were happy with their experience. That’s the word I’m looking for at this moment is experience our visit with Carrabba’s was a complete experience and my mother was so happy for her birthday we Well, always dine At Carrabba’s, Boca Park, Las Vegas, Nevada, as long as Jenna and Connor part of the team

The food was absolutely delicious so fresh so well portioned and the taste the flavors seasonings reign Supreme!

I guess the main reason why I feel Carrabba’s was such a great experience as I felt like I was at home. I felt appreciated. And we felt like we mattered

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this post as I don’t do posts like this and usually don’t do surveys, but this definitely was something I needed to get out to the public

I hope you enjoy your experience as much as we...
