Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I came in for Sunday lunch and have been a regular for years but this visit was awful not because of the food but our server named Aviunna. My family usually like to sit in the dining room but the wait for a booth was a little too long so we decided to sit at a lounge table. The lounge wasnt very busy so we thought it was the best choice, boy were we wrong! Not only did she take over 5 mintues to even greet us and she knew we were there because the other lounge server who was a girl told us that Aviunna would be with us in a moment and went to tell her while she was on her phone at the computer terminal which is very unprofessional, she finally came over to get our drink order and gave a half assed welcome and asked what we would like to drink. When my wife asked if there was any new margrita specials, the server said that the info was in the menu instead of just telling us and rudely jestured towards the menus behind the sugar caddy. That was strike one. Secondly after she took our drink order we expressed that we were also ready to order since we always just get the our usual dishes she rolled her eyes and said that she wasnt ready to take our order and walked off to the computer and got back on her phone then took another 4 mintues to get our drinks. Strike 2. Finally she got our order and the food did come out on time and fresh but she did not drop it off rather another server did. A new girl we have never seen who was awesome. I needed A1 for my ribeye but Aviunna never once came back to check to see if we needed anything or if the food was correct. Nope she was on her phone texting the whole time nor did she get one refill so we had to ask the other lounge server for everything we needed. I think her name was Tanya. Finally when it came time to pay the check I wanted to use the ziosk but she said it was out of paper and said she would manually run it, when she noticed I was taking out my wallet almost running to the table. It occured to me a day later why she did that and its because she didnt want us to do the survey knowing I would give a bad review. We still left a good tip because my son is a server and I never would leave less than 18% but I have to express that I'm sad to say I will never come back to this location because I hate how badly our service was. Usually we have Prince or Justin on Sunday lunch or when I come in during my lunch breaks I sit at the bar and Dani is there with a warm smile and great service. But that Aviunna was so awful that I wont ever be back. She ruined this place for me. I came here for the great servers that work there but she has ruined this resturant in my eyes. I suggest management or even corperate take action and immediately terminate her. I hate being that guy but with servers like her it can only go downhill from here and looking through other reviews on here in not the only one who feels this way. don’t come here if you don’t want your money getting stolen off your table. i have been coming to this chilis for as long as i remember and genuinely enjoy the food and people who work there. employees there see me often and recognize me. the other night i was getting ready to pay my bill and placed $100 to pay my $70 tab and was going to tip the remaining $30 to my server. as i’m about to leave i asked my server if he had grabbed the money. he had said no. immediately i am alarmed because i know for a fact i placed 2 $50 bills. i had a party of 3 and my people vividly seen me put money down. at this point it is not irregular for people to pass your table and walk past. but i should not have to keep a hawk eye on my money because normal people do not just come and something like that. before i really make an issue, we all checked around our area, i then grabbed the female manager that was on shift. i explained the situation and ask if she was able to go back on cameras and review footage. i was told “sorry we don’t have cameras.” ….what? i was told that by a person of authority running an establishment, a big food chain, that you guys don’t have CAMERAS? a facility that does a lot of cash handling and have registers, money is touched all the time. this said manager, was not able to grab her name, a caucasian woman, was not helpful or was trying to de escalate the situation nor tried to offer a way to help or compensate even something small or try to make the situation better. she did not take me serious and asked me a handful of questions saying are you sure you put it out, are you sure you didn’t put it back in your purse. why would i put money out to pay my bill just to put it back. and why do you not have cameras??? regardless i thought the camera thing was bs. there were employees who were off shift dining in, and a male was instigating the situation and called me a liar and i was making everything up and i felt disrespected. i was accused of lying and my friends were accused from stealing from me. instead of this said manager trying to prevent more chaos happening, or attempt to de escalate, she did not stop this male from being disrespectful and provoking a situation. i was the crazy person in the end but i was the one who got the short end of the stick. it’s not how much was stolen from me i don’t care about numbers, it’s the simple fact and principle behind it all and terrible customer service, terrible work ethic, and a terrible time at chilis. i will not be returning here and it’s unfortunate because i did enjoy the people and environment i always took great care of the servers. and i will also be going more forward about this event because it was extremely unpleasant and...

I will NEVER come here again. Our server was half brain dead and literally couldn't remember a single thing we said, it took her like 8 mins to take our orders (there was 3 of us and our orders were extremely simple), she got our orders wrong, she forgot about us several times...the food took a good 40 mins to come out and when it did it was horrible. My mom's nachos were literally burned to a crisp, black. She sent them back. My quesadilla was the weirdest thing I've ever seen and was almost not edible. My grandma's burger she said tasted horrible. After my mom sent her nachos back, about 20 mins later our server came back and had totally forgot to order my mom new nachos. So in all we waited another 35 mins for her to finally get her food and when she got it they were completely burnt again. This time she just dealt with it but said they tasted horrible. finally when we were done we waited a good 20 mins for our server to finally come back and we asked for the check. 20 mins goes by, no check. I told my mom we should just walk out but of course she said no, we must pay. So finally we walk up to the front to ask them how we are supposed to pay. Thelittle girl at the front was extremely rude and snotty. About 10 mins later finally we got a little machine so we could pay. So they charged us for 2 orders of nachos, 3 alcoholic beverages, which we only got 2. So of course my momsaysthatsnot right. The manager came over and said he'd take care of it. We waited ANOTHER 10 mins for him to come back, he said he took care of it and gave us a 10% discount. We'll that discount ended up being $4 and our total was $72!! $72 for a cheese quesadilla, an order of nachos, 1 burger, 2 margaritas, and an iced tea. These peopleliterally charged us for the strawberry syrup that was used for one of the margaritas. They charged us for the 1 lone slice of strawberry that came in 1 of the margaritas, they charged us 14 bucks for my disgusting cheese quesadilla...literally just cheese and tortilla. The margaritas were 10 a pop. The chips n dip we had to eat while waiting for dinner , which I naively thought was free, was $10. All in all I am blown away at not only the ridiculous charges and total for the meal, but the complete lack of customer service, horrible food, rude staff, just everything.
