Horrible customer service! 6 girls standing in the booth and just laughing with each other. They were out of the cookies and cream flavor, and I was trying to be creative and ask if I could have regular vanilla with cookie crumbles instead, they immediately and with an attitude said no! Only if I pay extra. As an employee , when a customer something that the store doesn’t have , I would do anything I can to make them happy. But neither her or the manager tried to satisfy me and the worst part! With an attitude!...

Really upset about my last visit here. I usually come here to get the Dulce de leche dazzler sundae but was told that they couldn’t serve me my sundae due to them almost closing. If you’re still open, shouldn’t you be able to serve what you have on your menu. I didn’t understand it so I just went elsewhere to...

Smoothie ingredients not visible. Small sticker near windows near register. Oh not visible. Gave me smoothie with pineapple juice (asked for strawberry banana) asked to change it it was like I had asked for 100 pounds of ice cream. Huge attitude saying BUT IT'S ON THE STICKER IT SAYS...
