Subway — Restaurant in Las Vegas

[Above all, will I be back?] Everytime I come to shop here, I go to Subway lol As a Vegas local, I will come back next time I come here lol

Food Food is the same as other locations.

Ambience Casual, lively and busy but most of the time I find a seat. The whole wall is made of glass so it can be hot during the summer due to the sun.

Service The line was not long, the staff was nicc, quick and attentive. The cashier was a bit cold (looked tired or something).

Hygiene Like other locations, it was clean.

Price This location has higher price than regular ones

Location It is in the food court at Premium Outlet (North).

Parking You can park at parking garage or parking lot. Nevadans are free with DL

My experience with Subway this week has been drastically different from last week. I just called this location to try and place a catering order for 40 sandwich meals (today at 3:02pm) for later this week. I'm put on a brief hold, during which I can hear 3 people on the other end whining/arguing about who is going to take the order for me. I can hear the girl who answered my call say in a whiny voice "you take the order!" If you don't want/need the business, I completely understand - so I hung up and will give the business to another store that doesn't mind making a few more sandwiches this week. I would hope the owners of this store would care to know that this is how your store is being run today. If not,...

Disgusting!

The first time we went about 2 months ago there was only one employee who spoke zero English and could not make a sandwich so we left. We tried.

Yesterday, We decided to give it another go. The store smelled like vomit and sewage. I started gagging and ran out the front door and had dry heaves for 10 minutes.

This is a horrid store under bad management and I would recommend that people stay away to...
