Costco, your whole pizza pickup method is BROKEN! In the 40 minutes I've been standing in line, I've seen only 5 pizzas come through the whole pizza pickup window. Not one of them had a number called out. In fact, in all my visits over the last year, I've never heard whole pizza order numbers called out. Only pizza by the slice numbers get called out. Speaking of calling out numbers, when numbers are called out, it's hard to hear because the staff are too soft spoken. Put some umph behind that voice please. So how is the whole pizza pickup supposed to work? There is always confusion on how it works, do we form a line, do we keep interrupting the workers asking about our order? Also, why do you prioritize a phone order that hasn't arrived in the store before the people who are here waiting!? This is ridiculous!

Costco is usually crowded, specially on a weekend when parents take all their kids and just let them wander around or sitting in the middle of the aisle, well most people just leave their carts or flat beds in the middle, obstructing passage. It's annoying, but Costco usually has what I need at a better price than the grocery store. Plus, when you have to return something it is an easy task, unless you get bored of waiting because there are many people in front. And, most importantly, Costco stands by the products they sell so, you know they will be good quality and if it is not to standard they will...
