Daddy's Delights — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Me and my family ordered from Daddy Delights today (12/6/16) and it was the worst. We ordered the Roasted chicken dinner with baked beans and potato salad. It was tasteless minus the potato salad. It also came with fries which were highly over seasoned and over cooked. We had a peanut butter crepe I ordered for my son l, it came with bananas and strawberries. He spit it out as soon as he took a bite. And we had to throw it away. It was soggy and nothing like crepes Ive seen or had in the past. Then to make it worst I ordered a cheese ravioli and when I opened it the entire top was covered in a inch layered mozzarella that was very thick and it was as if someone melted it before bedding the ravioli. The ravioli was nothing like I expected and was totally a waste. I couldn't even eat it and I was left hungry the entire time. I ordered garlic bread and it was plain. Just a plain loaf with no butter or anything. I was totally disappointed. The exterior of the cheesecake we ordered peeled off as if was plastic and passed its due date. It was totally awful. We also were offered a beverage with the chicken dinner I ordered a lemonade and never received it. Just a waste. So when I reached out to grubhub the representative told me that the restuarant had refused my refund and I could only receive credit. I then called the Daddys Delight and spoke with the manager and she was so rude I called her at 3:14pm on today (12/6/2016). She informed me that she would not be doing a refund and that she told grubhub to credit me. She also told grubhub that they have to get paid for the food so they can't do a refund. It was in her best option to give me a refund because either way they'll lose the money due to me disputing the transaction with my bank. All in all its just bad service. We weren't happy with the food and instead of them putting the customer first, she didn't want to lose money. No values at all. Never ordering from Daddy's Delight...

Wow. Just WOW. I'm going to assume that based on the quality of this food, that most of the positive reviews are from those that consider fast food fine dining.

I got the veggie burger melt & the soy pasta. Both of them looked DEE-LISH when they arrived, but the taste was quite the opposite. Let me put it this way: I love to eat so much that I even eat when I'm FULL, & I was so hungry when I ordered this but couldn't even get through half of either meals. By the way, I ordered the burger for tonight & the pasta for tomorrow, but the burger was so gross that I had to move on to the pasta.

I believe they use those boca brand burgers that have that really gross "fake grilled" taste. Yuck! Once I took all the veggie chicken out there was no sandwich. I even paid an extra $1.50 for them to put soy cheese on the burger but I didn't even taste the cheese since it was ever so pathetically portioned. The pasta was so bland, that the best part was the avocado slices. Absolutely no taste whatsoever, just dry & bland. They also claim that they use "soy cheese" which they said was vegan when I called to ask, but now I'm not so sure. Pretty big...

I ordered a half bucket of fingers hot, with a side of fries. Total cost was $40.11. The fingers appeared to be old and had the texture of an old pork chop. Chewy. Delivery time was about a hour which is fine. Just confused about if the food wasn’t fresh at all why did we have to wait so long to get it? This absolutely not worth the money imo. Hunchos was closed so we gave this place a shot since they placed the flyer on my door. Probably won’t spend money here again if I have old food to look forward to. If I go as far as writing a review, it’s legit and I feel wasteful of my money as well as disrespected. Hope this review helps the quality of future orders. This is not intended to bash but to make the company aware. People work too hard for their money to be ripped off over a bad plate. $40 is a lot for 10pcs of bad chicken.
