Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

UPDATE Forget about delivery, just go into the restaurant! The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the employees are always friendly. Just keep in mind, the restaurant is only a place to sit down and eat your pizza. It is not a restaurant. That means there are usually no cups, plates, red peppers, Parmesan cheese, nothing at all other than seats and tables.

I received a DELIVERED app notification 30 minutes before the pizza was actually delivered! That made me wonder where my pizza actually went. I called the store and the guy said there was one customer ahead of me, driver was on his way. Only about 45 minutes after I received the notification that my pizza was out of the oven (about 15 or 20 minutes after I received the delivery notification) did I finally get my pizza and breadsticks - cold and hard. When I asked the driver why it was marked as delivered 30 minutes before I even got it, he just grunted at me! I'm serious! I repeated my question, and all he could do was grunt. I begged him to speak with me, but he attempted no known human language communication whatsoever as he quickly ran off - just grunts. I called the store again and told them of my experience with the driver. Instead of apologizing to me, or offering any resolution, the guy on the phone said that I was the rude one. All I wanted to know was why it was marked delivered 30 minutes before it was actually delivered, and he fed me nothing but a pack of lies. No customer service at all, no care for the customer experience at all, nothing but excuses and lies. I won't order delivery from this place ever again! As a suggested resolution, the app only wanted to give me either credit for another pizza, or 20% off one item. They can keep it. This experience is not even worth...

let me start by saying this my recent order the one I made about hour ago is what prompt this review I switched from pizza hunt to this location because the my first order and multiple orders after that was so delicious and fresh I decided to make a change because it was delicious and the consistency was amazing which is why I switched unfortunately today wasn’t the case I ordered two medium pizza’s and garlic bites and cinnamon twisted I would have to say this was not there best work I’m surprised it was even given to me so the two medium pizza’s where really overcooked to the point where the dough had bubbles on top and on the top of that they didn’t cut the pizza’s at all so pulling them apart was a challenge some of my guest didn’t even get full slices pictures below will show what happened when we pulled slices apart as for the garlic bites unfortunately they where so overcooked they became hard and unable to eat I had the same issue with the cinnamon twist completely overcooked to the point where you can see they became hard as a rock we couldn’t get past one bite unfortunately I was disappointed because I don’t understand how this order passed quality check when they didn’t even slice the pizza’s I will no longer be going back to this location because the mistakes could’ve been avoided I arranged for a pickup and notice they where not even full or under staffed so I’m confused on why they thought the quality was good to be given me unfortunately I live far from this location so the drive was worth it but unfortunately I won’t be back hopefully you guys...

We order at 5:12pm online for a delivery to my place of work which is one of the biggest Limo and Cab company if in Las Vegas which in on 2000 industrial rd. so its was 6:15pm when I called them back since its been an hour and no has called us and still no food still.When I first call I got hung up on by a guy then call back a girl answer and put me on hold for a good 5min.I asked for a manager and told him what going on and come to find out its a new shift and the manager on duty at the time left already. Well these so call employees or manager(Amanda) so incompetent that they couldn't call use tell us that they can't delivery after 4pm to this area and this after the fact we got charged and it said the pizza was ready for delivery. This some BS, I've work in customer service since I was 16 and 8 years with this company. When I don't have anyone to pick a person up I always called them back and let them what's going on and to have them call someone closer to their area for pick and not just have they sitting there waiting.
