One of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been a loyal and repeat customer of Starbucks for the past decade plus and I’ve never had a worse experience at any other location until this one. I pull into the drive thru and politely request “two Venti pink drinks, both with light ice please”. I repeated this one more time so they clearly understood what I wanted to order. Upon receiving my two drinks the label said “Venti Pink drink, add 3/4 coconut milk”. The drinks were pure coconut milk and you could not taste ANY strawberry base at all. This is obviously not what I ordered, but I thought this is just a mistake and they will clearly fix it no problem. I paid over $10 for these drinks and was not leaving disappointed. I pull around the drive thru to order again and clearly state once again TWO times “please just two Venti Pink Drinks with Light Ice, thank you very much”. Obviously they were not going to get it wrong two times in a row right? Wrong. Upon receiving the second order of drinks, the labels on both said “Venti Pink Drink, Extra Strawberry Base”. At this point, I thought they were playing a joke on us. The drinks had no resemblance of coconut milk at all and were just full of only strawberry base. After wasting 20 minutes in both lines and wasting $10+, we gave up and went to another Starbucks location. I’ve ordered over a thousand pink drinks and this was the worst one of all and worst customer service experience I received. Will not be ever going back to this Starbucks horrible experience...
Read moreLet me start by saying I am a fan of Starbucks, love the coffee, and have visited the Flagship Store in Seattle. So, I'm not one of those "Anti-Starbucks" people. Today, like any other day, I visit the store located here at the corner of Charleston & Decatur and I must say this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had when dealing with the staff.
My coffee was spot on. I ordered a Venti Americano, with a shot of Hazelnut and steamed half & half. It was perfect, so no complaint there.
But this one particular staff member named "Andrea" was on a role. The store appeared to be short staffed, so she was working multiple stations. She was taking orders at the register, making coffee drinks, giving away free water, and God knows what else, and she was doing her best to handle the situation with a smile.
The store was clean, and the staff was zooming. Hats off to everyone. But Andrea, keep up the amazing service. I'm surprised you didn't lose it with all of the nonsense and freebies being handed out.
Management, you need to promote this woman (Andrea). Give her a raise, because she...
Read moreFREE WIFI whenever and wherever, because they're freakin everywhere. I don't drink coffee at all. Never have I ever tried a Starbucks coffee, but they are ad reliable as the rising sun with the free, somewhat quick, and powerful internet that connects automatically whenever I'm within a 10,000 ft lol. Oh, I've never actually interacted with any of the crew, but from my time being inside the store, I did hear them say welcome to every person who came through their door. They gave several people water without any noticeable disdain towards anyone, even the less savory ones. They were pleasant to everyone equally, which goes a long way with me. They never uttered anything other than whatever their little catch phrase thing was upon entering, but even that was super dope because I definitely gave off the "please leave me alone" vibes. So they earned and deserved...
