Jamba — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Been coming here almost everyday since I came back from out of town and no problems , always get a waffle parfait. Today I ordered it and there was little to no yogurt , I ask the lady there’s no yogurt it’s super dry! She said we are only suppose to put 2 scoops in and it doesn’t look like it was one full scoop in!!! $8 for granola 🙄 wouldn’t have paid extra for a squirt of peanut butter if I knew my parfait was going to be as dry as it was smh . Not good customer service , and the lady who I talked to looked like she was new and already bitter and not understanding, like I didn’t want any problems , argue or cause them from slowing down on doing peoples orders so just left unsatisfied and now I have to look for a different Jamba or alternative. Little did she know I had $5 I was going to give them for being understanding and I’m happy she showed me how she treats unsatisfied customers that are respectful and not rude! My mother and I just walked into this location abd we haven't been to a jamba juice in awhile. Like a year or so. Tropical smoothie is our spot now but decied to give them a shot. So i don't see the one I wanted anywhere on the menu so I ask the female that is working the register if they still have Banana Berry. And how much is the large one!? She says yes As this other male employee comes up and says something to her and i think touched her and they just start laughing and completely ignore us. And went we went to walk out and told them how rude they are they looked at us like we where the ones in the wrong. If u can make ur work place fun then for sure do that but not like that not in front of customers!!! My experience at almost every Jamba Juice location has been universally positive. This location is no exception. In fact, the staff here went above and beyond and when I began apologizing for asking too many questions, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They were patient and accommodating in allowing me to perfect my favorite smoothie with specific, nuanced changes. The dining area is especially big here, and was clean--really, it was spotless. Best of all, like every Jamba Juice, the smoothies are the tastiest I've ever had (next to freshly made in my own kitchen) and even the food is amazing (I had their waffles--one of my favorites anywhere).
