Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I would like to report this employee to the manager it is a Thursday night before closing at 9:40 I came into the store to pick up my order that I placed on the phone The employee rudely told me he did not have my order this was the wrong location I don't know what I'm talking about then when I told him I will call back and let him know that I placed the order at this location he said okay without telling me they close at 10:00 on the phone they told me 11:00 they close then I proceeded and tried to notify him that my order was placed here he then again really told me to leave the store he can refuse my service all because I said my order was at the store and then he says oh we're closing in 10 minutes I can't make you nothing get out of the store so I would like to report this employee to the manager he should be fired because he is very rude and then when I called to even let him know this is the location that I called to place the order I'm standing outside watching him watch the phone ring watch me call the phone and he proceeds to not even answer because he knows I am the one calling but he had to say this was not the location I placed my order on but this is the phone that's ringing that I am recalling the same number I replaced the order at the same address but instead he called me an idiot and told me he is refusing my service so this is a picture of him to let you know this is who did it he would not give me his name to report him that way so I took his picture Yes I did so you can fire him because he was very rude not to just me but to three previous customers before me that he also told their order was not here and made them wait a whole another hour for their order after telling them he would not make their order so I wasted my gas coming 20 minutes to come pick up food that I thought would be ready instead I get called an idiot and told me to leave so either give me his job or give me a free pizza or something or I will be recommending this store get shuts down if you do not do nothing about this employee no that is not a threat but it does let me know I will have people boycott this franchise location I will let everybody know repeatedly constantly that you let your employees disrespect customers when the customer is always right that's your...

I EXPLAINED IT SEVERAL MORE TIME IN ELEMENTARY DETAIL AND THEN SHE SAID YES BETWEEN LV BLVD AND MARYLAND. VERY RUDE LADY. ALSO UPON GETTING BACK TO WORK TO EAT IT LOOKED,TASTED OLD AND COLD. MO TIME TO GO BACK TO RETURN IT FOR A NEW ONE. RUINED OUR MEAL AND MY LUNCH TIME. THE CHEESE LOOKED OLD AND SLIGHTLY BURNT. TASTED TERRIBLE YES TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. Customer Service training is definitely needed at this location. Store manager who worked at 4:45 pm on Monday of this week needs training in how to treat customers. I tried calling this location 5 times before going there, no answer. I called another little ceasars down the street and was told customers call all the time complaining that no one answers the phone at that location. When I told her, the manager, she informed me she was too busy to answer the phone. Really?? She had a terrible attitude and really didn't care that I had called over and over again. They had 4 customers in the store when I arrived and no pizzas to choose from. And there were 5 employees in the back standing around talking...and not on the phone to customers!!! At 4:45 on a Monday and no pizzas..store needs attention and training. Pizza was good and hot because I had to wait 15 mins for 2 pizzas. It doesn't matter if you charge $5.00 for pizza or $25.00 good customer service is needed in...
