NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN FOR RAW PUPUSAS!!! I ordered a dozen pupusas to eat there and take the rest home over the phone cz they always take a long time.. when I got there after 40 mins is when they started cooking them and waited another 30min.. finally when they brought them while we were eating me and my son noticed they were raw from our first one.. I opened another one and was raw as well.. after all I still talk to the waitress in lower voice to not make attention from other customers and she gave me attitude saying is gonna be a problem with the owner and is when I request to talk to the owner. Once he came I explained the whole situation and told him I was just paying for what we poke but not for the rest of them and he got upset.. he told me that's how they are supposed to be and blame it on me cz I should've ask for more Crispy.. Crispy or not they are not supposed to be Raw!!! Oh and by the way.. their ketchup expire...

Very poor customer service. I am came in for lunch because I was in the area and ordered six pupusas which were flavorless, but the biggest thing was they had no filling on the inside after eating the first two I approached the owner and asked if I can have extra filling on the side and his response was to cut it open in front of him. He said “that’s how they come” and if I wanted extra filling, it would be at an additional charge. I would not recommend this place to anybody, especially with other options in the shopping center. Las meseras enserio no son nada amable preferio que por telefono me digan que va ser una hora y media de espera y no 30 minutos y llegar nomas para sentir como si uno es una molestia estar ahi! JAMAS VUELVO y a nadien le recomiendo este lugar!
If I could leave no stars I would... The service is beyond horrible so not worth it! They told me my food would be ready in 30 mins took 1hr and half for my order to be ready and to top off their bad attitude when speaking to them as if its my fault they are slow . NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND...
