McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

What can I say about this McDonald's? Well I just left church with my sis we stopped at this McDonald's on Sahara across from the Palace Station Casino she ordered the number 9 which is the 2 Cheeseburger Meal Large what a Sweet Tea & I ordered the Quarter Pounder buy 1 get 1 Free. When we get 2 the window we were handed our drinks. My sis took a sip of hers & notice that it was Regular Tea & not Sweet Tea like we ordered. So once we got our food, I pulled around to the front went in 2 talk 2 a supervisors. He said oh, I can just add some sweet syrup in it because that's how we normally make our Sweet Tea & I said no that's not how McDonald's normally does it. Because if that is how it's made they don't let the customers know that. He said yes it is, I got mad & said never mind I'll get something different. Well when I went over 2 the self-serve Fountain there is a Sweet Tea right there I tried it it was a Sweet Tea that McDonald's normally serve. So I got that went home. So while my sis & I was having a conversation, I went 2 bite into my burger it was Pink on the inside I immediately start 2 feel sick, then I was like oh hell 2 the no I went & cut my second burger that was Pink as well so I got frustrated. I told my sis that I'm going back 2 McDonald's 2 take my food back & 2 see what they had 2 say. So when I walked into McDonald's I saw a gentleman with a burgundy shirt on & I said hello Mr. Angel I would like 2 speak with a supervisor. He said that he is supervisor I asked is there anyone here higher than you he said no I'm the highest supervisor that's on duty right now, so I said okay. I pulled my Burgers out of the bag open the box & showed him that the burgers was raw in the middle. I said I've never in all my years going 2 McDonald's I never walked away with pink raw meat like this. He said 2 me that this is "new meat". When I went 2 ask him what he ment by new meat another gentleman walked up & start yelling at & over Angel talking about this is new meat & there is nothing wrong with the burger. I asked him who is he & why is he talking 4/over Angel. He said that he is a manager-in-training name Edwin. So I said 2 Edwin I'm sorry but I am speaking 2 Mr. Angel right now as he is the supervisor that I rather speak 2 & I don't appreciate you talking over Angel & yelling at me that's unacceptable. So as I begin my conversation with Mr. Angel & Mr. Edwin still decide he want 2 yell. I said it again I'm sorry but I'm not talking 2 you I'm talking 2 Angel so he decided he wanted 2 flip his wrist say whatever & walk away. I said 2 him fine flip your wrist & take your butt back 2 the back where you were & leave the conversation 2 Mr. Angel. So Angel & I decided 2 finish our conversation so every time Mr. Edwin decide 2 walk back & forth mumbling under his breath saying Little Things. There was a black guy walked up & said ma'am don't worry I'll take care of it. I waited they came back 2 the counter with 2 new burgers & a glove asked me 2 check the burgers 2 make sure they were done in the middle. I broke open both burger & they were done in the middle. When I got ready 2 leave Mr. Angel told me the next time I order a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder make sure that I tell them 2 make it well done. Who in the hell have every heard that from McDonald's....

Honestly, this particular Mc Donald's has to be the worst one in this town. Every single time I'd go there there is a problem. Last night was the very last time I'll visit this location. We drove up around 8:17 pm. No cars in line and you can see there were maybe 2 people inside 1 in the dining area, another at the register. Again, there was nobody at the drive thru line. It took the employee at least 5 minutes to get back with our drinks after we paid. Shortly after, he had us park so we could get our food. Right away I thought it was kind of weird since nobody else was in line. Right as we parked we noticed there were 2 other cars behind us, they too had been asked to park. Again, that's weird since nothing else was going on. 5 minutes later, I get out of my car and bring in the 2 drinks I did get and asked for my money back. Mind you, I had been waiting at least 10 minutes altogether since driving up to place my order. Only to see the staff hadn't even began to prepare my order. This wasn't all. The kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. It was disgusting. No sanitation buckets anywhere in sight or anything to show they at least tried to keep up with the place. I mean I'm not exaggerating, I'd never seen a McDonald's that filthy it was gross.. Honestly, I'm glad I went inside and asked for my money back. I know McDonald's is not the healthiest or best option when eating out but truthfully, sometimes you can't help but crave it. All in all it was a complete waste of time and hope this review helps at least 1 other person when considering this location for their next meal or...

Whoever is managing that McDonald’s isn’t doing it right. Especially if you’re close to the strip. First off their dinning area was closed by 10 on a Saturday night , already cutting off a big portion of customers. Second , I was missing half of my order , I went thru the drive thru and when i realized I was missing half of my order I got out of my car and was meet with locked doors ( that’s fine , not really a problem) what upset me was that the worker just waved their hand as if shooing me away with an irritating attitude and face and just mouthing “ no no not open “ this was super irritating, anyways I went back to address my issue thru the drive thru and I could tell just by the attitude I heard thru the voice over that it was the same smug ass employee that shooed me away. When I tried to explain that they got my order wrong I was spoken too with attitude and was told that I didn’t order things I clearly did. ( I forgot to add that they failed to hand me a receipt ) when I pulled up to the second window was meet with a kind gentleman that helped me solve my Issue but honestly it was just a super unnecessary and ridiculous interaction.
