Michos Tacos — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I was visiting the hotel and stopped here to grab a bite. Ordered some chicken tacos but when they were presented, they looked pitiful. The tortillas weren’t even grilled. It just looked like it was pulled right out of the package, the cashier and the person prepping the food got an attitude and tried to act like oh well you have to keep it now. Long story short, I went to the supervisor who also tried to make it my issue that they were losing profit because of some poorly made tacos that I didn’t want to eat. I immediately asked for my money back which they did BUT then they days later my credit card company, Said that they tried to come back later and get recharge for the uneaten tacos that they had credited me back for. My niece and I went on vacation to Las Vegas. It was my nieces birthday! She ordered separately before me at this location within a beautiful hotel. When she went to pay the first time it did not work for whatever reason. The person at the register (pictured in this photo) was ringing her up. As she asked him to try again. He made a rude comment saying “there is no money on the card, try another one.” She asked him to repeat himself and he repeated the same thing as if it was ok. She corrected him and noted there was money on the card. She paid for her food, literally only to show that it worked. This was very offensive and off-putting. Went here with my wife while we were in town. Definitely not what we were expecting especially for a cost of over $60. Tacos were decent but could’ve used more flavor, rice and beans tasted like and had the consistency of canned rice and beans. The Frescas definitely left something to be desired. The mango had no fruit taste but instead tasted like mango rinds, the blueberry mojito definitely did not taste like a mojito. There was mint and blueberries in it, but it tasted like colored water, they were so watered down. We added a shot to both and you couldn’t even tell that a shot had been added.
