Atmosphere was great. Mixed crowd for different people from different backgrounds. The DJ was incredible. Played something for everyone. All bartenders were kind but the blonde on the right bar wasnât as great Saturday night after 9pm 8/12 ( didnât catch her name). The blonde in the pink tank top with the bra strap length hair kept walking by us and we had to kindly flag her down multiple times just to request drinks from her. It made us uncomfortable since everyone else in Vegas had been kind to us. The staff. The hotel and the other people were cool đ. It seemed like she was avoiding us because we were black. She stayed glued to the 4 people who sat right beside us and she made sure she was attentive to them. We hate to go there but thatâs exactly how it felt. Those people were right beside us. They were super friendly so it made it even more awkward. She acted like she couldnât look is straight in the eyes. And kept walking right by us. So we flagged down the blonde either the pigtails to close out and pay. At least she was more attentive. We should have given her the tip. Long blondeâs tip started at $200 & quickly went down after the sub par service. Tip to the long haired blonde young lady (saying this because we didnât catch her name) Next time be attentive to all guests especially when the bar isnât full. Itâs rude and seems like your avoiding a certain shade of people if you catch my drift. We tip just as well as other people. So donât judge people by their skin color.
We hope it wasnât intentional but it was offensive and we didnât want to finish our food. We tipped and left. Tall white guy with dark brown hair and goatee , black hat, all black was kind and friendly. He gets an A+! (Only mentioning his skin color because him and the other workers were kind. This whole place isnât like the experience with the blonde that we mentioned earlier.) Wanted to love this place but that wasnât the best experience. ...
Read moreSpace: It was lively and busy although my visit was during the day. Casual as usual for a sports bar. The place is gigantic, 15,000sqf with so many screens. I think they will play channel you want upon request . A couple of eateries with different concepts are settled in the saloon. (The Mouse House - Grilled cheese, Dawghouse Treats - Dessert)
Service: The staff was friendly but Blue Moon was served as a canned beer (at least I was expecting a bottled beer). Maybe it was my fault I didn't look at the menu but I wish the staff was mentioning about this.
Hygiene: cocktail glass, floor, table, everything was clean.
Price: I wouldn't order it if I knew it is $14/can lol It is hard to believe this sport pub serves a canned beer located in such a nice hotel & casino.
Location: It is located at Resort World on north side of the Strip, near the Famous Food Street Eats.
Parking: If you have a Genting Rewards card, the parking is free or $10/day. Only downside is one of the parking garages signed as "Hotels Self-Parking" is not connected to the hotel & casino, you have to walk on the street about 2-3 minutes to get to the casino & hotel.
Etc. First come, first served. Find your seat yourself and a staff will come to serve. Live music everyday: band, dj.. QR code or website for menu Genting Points: 5 Genting Points for every $1 spent towards your Food & Beverage expenses (Taxes and tips do not apply) Football nights/special events there's a min spending of $50/pp Hilton Diamond /Gold: 50 dollar F&B credit per day in food credits up to two people registered to the room.
[Will I be back?] The atmosphere was great, I consider this time as a bummer. As a Vegas local, I would give it another shot for draft beer...
Read moreWorst breakfast experience. We sat down. Waiter came about 10 mins dropped off water and said he would be right back. 10 more mins he came back and apologized that he had a bunch of tables to close out. We ordered breakfast. I order eggs over medium breakfast and son ordered chicken and waffles. His order was good. My eggs came out sunny side up and almost not fully cooked. Water came 5 mins later and I sent eggs back. 10 mins later he came back and asked if someone brought out eggs. Of course they didnât, so he went back to find out. 3-4 mins later he brought out eggs that were less cooked than the first time. Whites were still clear. I waited for him to return, but he didnât, so I went to look for him by the kitchen. Chef looked at eggs to try and figure out how I wanted them. I said over medium please or at this point make them harder. I went back to my table. No eggs ever came. Waiter came out easily 10 mins later and asked if anyone brought out my eggs. I said no. Can I get new toast to go with it. He said of course. Since we are easily at over 30 mins since food originally brought out. He brought the new eggs. Hard, but ok. Never brought toast. So I ate with cold toast. Whatever. He then came back 8 mins later and asked about toast. I said Idisnt want my eggs to be cold before getting toast. So I just used the old toast. He said donât worry it was all take. Off the bill. So then I get bill and my meal is on there. He said no I room off the extra eggs and toast ( were they really extra???). He gets manager and she was horrible about it. She kept saying. âWell you consumed itâ. âYou consumed itâ. So she wouldnât take it off. I have never had any experience like...
