Awful customer service and I will never be back!
I just moved to the area. I came in to play my weekly free play. Let me tell you first I have only been to this type of Mollys (not a casino) a week ago and tonight around 4:00am, some older guy with gray hair was working. I have no idea what his name was because he didn't greet us properly. However, he did great us with an attitude. I put 5 dollars in a machine at the bar area because I knew I wasn't going to get any service if I sat anywhere else. He never asked if I wanted something to drink. I put my players card in and realized that they where doing an update. I waited through the update and once it was done it said I had 5 dollars Freeplay and only 3 dollars in the machine. There should have been 5 dollars in the machine instead of $3. I mentioned it to the guy and his response was, "nothing I can do about it" I also asked him if he could call a slot tech and he said they wouldn't be able to do anything about it. I then asked if he could all least call and tell them. He said no. I asked for the phone number to the company and he refused. He than came over and pointed at the sign and said I had to put in $20 in,order in order to have something to drink in which I had to get up during the update and ask for... I always start with $5 when I come in for my free play. Had he looked at my history of game play he would have seen I had only been there once and accumulated over 900 points and was not there that long. I'll never return to this place until he is gone.
OH! and I was so aggravated that I forgot the 3 dollars in the machine and had to go back for it because I definitely didn't want him to have it. I asked my friend that I was with to go in and get it for me; I refused to go in. The clerk was also rude to him as well when he asked for change the moment we first arrived. When my friend got back into the car he told me the guy 86ed him because the clerk didn't want to give the $3 to him after he cashed it out of the machine. He said the clerk wanted him to pay for the drink I never took a sip of and gave back because of his attitude.
This guy obviously doesn't like working there and shouldn't be. I will be calling gaming and corporate regarding this issue. I am a gaming and event bartender. I know how establishments want guest to be treated and he should not be in...
Read moreMy experience with Molly's is usually good, I've been going to Molly's for over two years. Tonight was different, we asked the lady for change a few times well I believe it was the third time and we were told that " I will get in trouble for giving out change". First off we patronize your establishment quite a bit and spend quite a bit of money there so to be told we can't have change is ridiculous especially since we have no choice but to ask for change you don't have a change machine, which already makes us feel uncomfortable for asking. To the Molly's establishment please get a change machine!! We are tired of asking for change and you limit us to a certain amount of change, just so we can't split it to continue to play. You're still getting the money so stop limiting your customers, don't forget there's plenty of casinos we can go to we just enjoy the peaceful environment at Mollys and the convenience (even though we can go to Dotty's right up the street).as well...
Read moreI like gambling here lehnmss than Dotty's because there is minimum bet of 15 cents. I think that part sucks. And originally I had gotten a players card at the Lake Mead and Rainbow location and it was black. Come to find out the rewards are not the same at that location. At Rainbow and Cheyenne, you get a red card and they each offer you different promotions and gamblers' bonuses. It can be confusing at times. You HAVE TO pay close attention to your mailer. The slot play expires at 11:55 on the last day and not 12. That made me forfeit a whole weeks slot play cuz the lady on the phone had said midnight. But other than that...
