Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Today I went into the Target location on Tenaya and Cheyenne.. figuring it would be busy due to there only being 10 days til Christmas I was surprised to only see 2 people ahead of me..

Although there were only 2 people it took nearly 25 min to be able to order. There was only one person at the counter named Jada. I get that others need to have a break, but Jada moved without purpose, urgency or anything.

Jada never has a smile on her face,she moves slow and I get that she is newish, but she has been there at least a month and the quality of service was lacking. I frequent this location often and in general,the employees are very friendly and they move at a good pace instead of the glacial one that Jada was moving today.

Visited on 3/4/22 around 8:00am The only barista there was busy grinding coffee as she was 2 weeks ago when I visited. My point? I was never acknowledged! After speaking to her from the back of her head I heard,I'll be with you in a moment. A few moments later I asked was it possible for me to purchase something? The reply? Are you upset because I have to grind coffee in the morning? No I'm upset because I'm waiting for you to finish grinding coffee while I'm attempting to purchase something! I don't know the young lady's name nor did I waste my time asking understand that I bought one item! Though my original intent was to buy four or five and if it wasn't for my wife wanting that one item I wouldn't have bought that! Customer service...

I visited the Starbucks inside the Target on 3210 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, for the first time and was greeted by Tori and Jasmine. This was my first time at this location, and despite the line, I was served promptly. I ordered my go-to drink, an Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and they prepared it perfectly smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed.
