::Late Review:: The girlfriend and I would come here weekly sometimes twice a week, it would be our little hangout and unwind spot before going out for the evening and plus we would take advantage of their happy hour. We have been coming here for about 4 years and ran into a problem once but they corrected the problem while there. However tonight is a different story...
12/16/2015 @ 6:30pm We arrived and went to the hookah lounge attached to the restaurant, it was busy as normal for a week night not overly packed we sat down and the waitress came and took our order, she even knew we came here regularly and commented about it. We ordered two waters and a lemon drop hookah - not a complex order by any means but the hookah lasted for 33 minutes 7:03pm I looked at my phone as the waitress never came back around to check our hookah, waters, if we wanted anything else not to even see if things were okay. So let the waiting game begin ... 10 mins turned to 20 ... Which turned into 30 while waiting and having the waitress walk pass numerous times, but her attention was to the gentlemen (whom I believe was the manager off duty - I've seen this man here almost every time we are there and I'm sure that's not by pure coincidence) and his friend to our left, but never rendered service to us until 7:38pm to while I told her I wanted her to fix the hookah but I'll just have the check as the service was horrible. I made sure I paid with my credit card so I would be able to dispute the charge as service was never rendered. I will be avoiding this place and going to the other hookah lounge our friends go to more often, this place was good but now the service look like lost puppy dogs running around without a clue.
Overview: Service is poor Hookahs are okay Food is good
I would not recommend this place to...

Wow. Just wow. Never in my life have I been so impressed by a restaurant in Las Vegas! Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen is next level—from the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was absolutely perfect.
Let’s start with the owner, Paymon. This guy is the real deal. Not only does he run an incredible restaurant, but he also makes you feel like family the second you walk in. He even hooked us up with some of his awesome T-shirts—talk about hospitality!
Now, the food? Unreal. This is hands-down the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever had. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The gyro? Insane. The hummus? Mind-blowing. And don’t even get me started on the saffron chicken—pure magic. The menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options, and the quality is unmatched.
The service was just as amazing as the food. The staff is beyond friendly, super attentive, and they make sure you’re having the best experience possible. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, which is so rare these days.
The vibe here is perfect, too—relaxed, welcoming, and just the right amount of upscale without being pretentious. Whether you’re coming in for a casual meal or a special occasion, this place delivers.
If you’re in Vegas and you haven’t been to Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen, you are seriously missing out. This isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. 10/10, no question. I’m already counting down the days until I...
Read moreService was alright, server was friendly but seemed very busy with only a couple of servers. Had to ask to get a drink refill. Food was not as good as I remembered.
Ordered: 1) Garlic Parmesan chicken wings which had too much lemon that it was sour, but the wings were perfectly cooked. 2) 2 medium sized meatballs. 3) Chicken Fesenjan. 4) Chicken Curry. 5. Tandoori Chicken.
The chicken Fesenjan was very sweet (vs. balanced when I had this dish before) and I only received five 2" cubes of chicken breast -- for $13.95. I distinctly remember being stuffed after eating Fesenjan during lunch hour the last time I was here, and Paymon's didn't skimp then.
Also, the first Fesenjan dish I had to send back because the chicken was cold in the middle. Took 10+ minutes to get a replacement, with the same portion size... five 2" cubes of chicken and a heap of basmati rice... still too sweet.
I remember a balance of sweet and savory when I had the dish before.
The other dishes in my party were good, Chicken Curry, and Tandoori chicken. Seasoned well and not cold in the center.
They comped a free baklava dessert for the wait, but my party was close to being done eating when I started tucking in on the replacement Fesenjan -- had to rush eating... which was not that big of a deal because there were only five 2" chicken...
