PT's Gold — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Everything was great as a new customer, knowing the history of Peter and Thomas. In 2020 I'm very disappointed in the why I was treated as a Afro American. The manager, James Mangiler was so disrespectful. I felt like we were a bad element in a normal environment. I don't require much, however a complimentary drink is the norm while gambling, but Mgr on duty charged for the drinks, and stated I'm no longer welcome to PT's, and called the Police, and I was escorted off the premises over a drink. There was no signage indicating that there's a stipulation on drinks while gambling. I've been going to your business probably before he was born. I'm good but concerned, and felt this was a form of racial profiling. The bartender was tipped well before her shift ended. This was a form of harrassment, and was uncalled for. I cannot believe this type of racial profiling is still happening in 2020, one bad experience rolls over...

A negative star rating would be more fitting! My boyfriend is a "Royal" tier level player there and I witnessed them treat him with such disrespect! As a "Royal" he was not supposed to be charged any fees for using their ATMs. Upon reviewing his bank statement we found over $700 in fees. He contacted them and they said they could offer him $100 free play and moving forward he just needs to ensure they waive the fees the same day. But the best part is that they changed him twice for a single $1000 cash withdrawal from his bank and they told him 2 weeks ago it would be credited back to him in 7-10 business days and when he called today they said they just processed it today and it will be another 7-10 business days before he gets it back! Completely unprofessional! Disgusting how they treat local players.... especially ones that play on that level! They need to learn...

Love this place but...today, playing buffaloes. Cashed out 1 machine and put ticket into buffalo machine that I had played a little earlier. Ticket must've jammed although it took ticket but did not register...machine reflected "Invalid Bill Inserted". Was their own ticket. So, after waiting for over an hour for tech to show and fix machine/give me my money, I ordered Philly Steak Sandwich. Sandwich came quickly but looked like cooks were confused...maybe nachos or pizza but certainly not anything close to even a cheap PSS. To use nacho cheese sauce over nacho beef, no onions, at the price they charge. And inly 9 people here at 5 on a Wed! Dang, hard to visit one of my favorite places any more. And, ih yeah, almost 2 hours now and still no tech! Blake, Steve, you gotta do better! ...
