Food is very good . The atmosphere is very relaxed no real b.s. .Now as far as the service two weekends in a row I have gone with my wife and getting drinks is a challenge. They just don't want to serve you if they haven't seen you before (best guess). This last time was the most amazing one of all . Leave my i.d. set up a tab. Have some drinks food with some friends . Wife goes to pay waits 15 mins gives up. I walk up there after being ignored for 10 mins I loudly go I would like to close my tab out . Receipts just put on the bar and walks away hmmmm . Well if they would have given me the time I would have told them you didn't charge me the food you put that on my friends tab . But no after another five minutes I paid with cash they finally brought a receipt some change and my i.d. back but couldn't once say anything one word just throws the money back on the bar ....

I have always been a fan of PT's. Been living in Vegas for 5 years. Since 2019. And tonight I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I've ever had. I came to the location on nellis right off Bonanza in Las Vegas tonight on 7/24/24 between 10:39pm and 11:30 pm, and the female bartender that I experienced for the first time tonight was completely horrible. I asked her a question about comped drinks and she instantly caught an attitude with me and my wife. Before that she was already arguing with a previous customer and her attitude just seemed off the entire night we were there. Because she didn't like that I didn't like her response to my question she continued to curse me out alwith foul language and told me to meet her outside. I will never spend another dime at a PT's because of her. And I will be following up with corporate tomorrow. Utterly...
