PT's Place — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. We came here last night after a funeral with family in town. Got there at 11 at night, waited 15 minutes to be greeted by our server. Right away he was so rude because we asked for water for everyone saying “you guys are killing me, I’ll bring a pitcher of water for you” which I’m fine with but he didn’t need to make that comment. Then we start ordering food, there is 8 of us so my friend says maybe he should write it down. He refuses to write our order down and says “if you stop making comments you’ll get your food faster”Comes back in 2 minutes to re get our order because he forgot it. We wait soooo long for our food. While we were waiting a 10 top of servers come in with their uniforms on (we are all servers as well) he gets them all glasses of water and had no problem with it at all. Tells my friend he might cut him off with drinks before he ordered a drink and he wasnt even the slightest drunk. We finally get our food and he forgot to ring in our pretzel bites (again he should’ve wrote down the order) but we didn’t want to wait for them so didn’t even bother. We left at 1 o’clock. 2 hours for something that was supposed to take 45 minutes. Definitely never coming back...

Went in on game day and had the worst bar experience ever. The bartender was a younger blonde women who was absolutely horrible. I asked for a Pepsi to get me started and she brings me a water. She then completely ignores my girlfriend and I for about 45 minutes before finally coming over. I then overheard her telling another customer if they needed something that they had to ask. That actually sounds like somebody who hates their job. We finally placed our order after being there for an hour already and the food took another half hour to get to us. I'm a couple months late on this review but the service was so dreadful and pathetic that I couldn't help but leave a note while I was searching for other locations. Although we had a terrible experience I can't say I would never go to PT's again. Most of the establishments I go to have very good service. I guarantee I would never go to...

I went in on saturday night sunday am for happy hour and me and my guest were treated like trash I took a big crowd of 13 and we didnt even get a menu After my girlfriend placed our order in It took an hour for me to get up to ask what is goin on with my food Brittany the bartender who looked drunk or high looked at me and said i dont care So we decided to leave because she was being rude She denied giving back my girlfriends id back sayin we never gave it to her when in fact she handed it to her in her hand A server started to help for the search of the id and they found it by the register we didnt get no apology or anything just a dumb look on brittanys face
