Resco Restaurant Equipment & Supply Co. — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I've been to several restaurant supply stores here in the valley but they really don't compare to here. This place really gets me excited because they have great prices clearly displayed, excellent selection and friendly no hassle service. I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I was looking for a new wok and found about 12 different ones, large plastic bowls they have a million different sizes and were dirt cheap some nice silverware and some tongs. Second time I found some great stainless steel racks for my cookie sheets and those professional ice cream scoops, the kind with the liquid inside of them. They had those in different sizes! Erik F. asked if I was finding everything okay and I decided to ask about grill grates and even though it was after 5 pm (store closes at 5 mon - fri ) he said he will walk me over to that section to help me find some Wells Char-broiler grates. Wham! he explained all the goodies they had and even though they only had one in stock he said he will get more in the future and gave me his business card. I gave him a call yesterday and chatted about it and now I feel like getting a new one instead (I didn't tell Erik yet). I love how there is absolutely no sales pressure here and the place looks clean and organized. The few other places I've been to feel like I'm walking through someone's used garage sale with stuff piled all over the place and I'm talking to a used car sales rep. with absolutely no clear prices on any of the items. Bought a Kitchenaid commercial blender off their shelf but did not have the power cord. I registered with Kitchenaid and they sent me the power cord but it took almost 3 weeks. I ran the machine after I got the cord and it kept overheating. I took it back but they told me they have a 2 week window for returns. Because it was missing the cord I could not run the machine for 3 weeks and it kept overloading. I tried to return but they said company policy was 2 weeks for return. Absurdly expensive. I have never been to a more outrageously priced restaurant supply store. I thought I could grab a chef's knife or two while checking out their inventory but left empty handed with no plans to return.
