i know closing hours for the stores…. i had a question ,,,… .. funny seeing 2 employees laughing not even cleaning up but completely ignore and play death like yall didn’t hear me and i kept saying i just had a question … .. if you wanna look busy learn how to properly broom before you ignore someone and act like you don’t see someone trying to ask a question . … .. wanted to ask about the merchandise you had on display . but wanna completely ignore because you think this person is another “karen” but it’s that one time someone just had a question….. and the reason i was confident enough to go up and ask is because yall open the door previously for not one but TWO white people….. typical but yeah ignore us. this was on 11/10 ....

Since Vegas is naturally hot in May, it was no surprise that Starbucks was very busy at an outdoor mall. Customers kept coming in, trying to get free waters and cut the line. While waiting on my latte, I watched the lady working the pickup end of the counter tell about 7 customers that they needed to get in line. She was so patient and graceful toward every single one of them. It was hot, other customers were annoying, and there were screaming children. A zoo.
The employees working here truly need acknowledged and rewarded.

Read moreI’ve visited Starbucks stores all over the world, and this was the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this.
There is a long line. I kindly asked the barista if he could please fill my water bottle with some tap water while I waited, as I was feeling very thirsty. To my surprise, he flatly refused and said they don’t provide water unless you place an order. It wasn’t about trying to get something for free — I was just genuinely dehydrated and standing in a long queue. I’ve never seen this kind of attitude at any other Starbucks location, and frankly, it left a very poor impression.
