Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a business. I tried contacting their events department for over two weeks just to get the rudest, unresponsive, and laziest “sales manager” kaela simeonoff that refuses to help us schedule or plan an event. Apparently she’s the only event coordinator that they have and takes seven business days to respond with any information. Actually, she never sent us a single document of information we requested. Her response was always these things take time and I have to get approval before I send you any information.

I don’t know if she was having a bad week or she is always like this but basically she picks and chooses who she wants to work with and apparently she didn’t want to work with us. I’ve thrown many events and never have I receive such a lack of effort from an event coordinator or sales manger. We’re spending thousands of dollars to throw an event but apparently our money is not good enough for them so we’ll go elsewhere. She puts the B in Witch and thinks her condescending responses are so funny in the most non professional way.

Thankfully, there are tons of convention spaces here in Vegas, and there’s no shortage of people or businesses trying to make money renting out...

Ok So I am writing this post to let you guys know about an Event I attended. DESSERT WARS!!! I had a fun time meeting new people and sampling some great desserts. The vendors and staff were excellent and very friendly. Most of the desserts were tasty and fresh. Now for the reality check.... No banners or marketing of any type to inform you where the event was taking place. Second we were supposed to get a "Box" for our sampling and received a small container. No water was provided only milk. Not enough seating or trash bins for the amount of people in the facility. There was a DJ and the only thing he said was did anyone find an IPhone? No announcement welcoming us to the event and no staff walking around asking anyone how they are doing or any feedback on the event? Oh they did have a Cornhole game. Very disappointed in the event. I felt like it was a let's see how much we can make from this event without doing much of anything. I gave 3 stars because of the vendors and...

I really liked this venue - it was a challenge at first to find the entrance (by foot) especially when I was given “475 S Grand View Pkwy”. Which is not accurate. It leads you to the security gate.

Once inside, the staff of the Expo at WMC were helpful, soft spoken and patient.

The facilities are very clean, secure, safe and comfortable. The 16th floor boast views of the Vegas strip and surrounding areas. There’s a sheltered outdoor viewing patio (with windows, chairs and tables) and an area to smoke in; no smoking allowed - ignore that.

I went for a myVIP event (hosted by myVIP Pop! Slots Social Casino App).

I enjoyed myself and appreciate all the venue employees making my first visit a memorable one.

Highly recommend! :) Looking forward to returning here in the future should I be attending another...

We went to the science expo With our children and we had a wonderful time! The event was very well organized and there were sanitation stations scattered about. We were very impressed by all of the different presenters presenters and all of their lovely presentations and activities and hands on fun. Our children had a wonderful time and so did we as adults because they were lots of info. We left with all types of grab bag of crab bags and take away goodies that each vendor had special for the attendees. The best part about it was that everything was free and so was parking! They even had a live pajamas shark! We had a fun time sitting in the fire truck! The venue is very clean and the bathrooms are very nice. We will definitely be back for more events!
