I waited for awhile to even place my order in person. As they were handling the register. During this time I was getting hungry until finally some tall cute human looked over at me, got my attention and signaled me almost as if they were saying “you can order now”
I approached the front, unsure of what I wanted to order so this cute funny person helped me out and recommended me some options.
I did proceeded to order a biggie bag double Bacon Stack Burger, all plain, no cheese.
As I waited for my food, I got myself a drink from the machine, soda doesn’t really have caffeine in it, tastes water downed, bummer. I asked and they kindly refilled my drink with was sooo much better yay.
When I got my order, I stumbled upon a note on my tray saying “Call Me Cutie :3” following with their number 😳
Fries really good, nice salt, hot damn 🤤 Burger….has cheese….😑 I went to the front and got an exchange, yay 😃
Chicken nuggets, I got 5 instead of 4?? 😳 Inconsistent…don’t know how to do their job right. Hey but at least I got an extra. Next time do better.

Read moreThis is my 4th attempt at this drive thru for “Fast” food. It was about 3:35pm 1 car getting food at the drive thru window one car in front of me waiting to order. There were only a few cars in the parking lot I didn’t see any people in the dining area as I drove past the front of the restaurant to enter the drive thru. I waited 5 minutes and the guy infront of me was looking very impatient as the guy from the window had already pulled off and no one at the window. 5minutes with no acknowledgement from the Wendy’s staff? The man must have wanted food more than I did because 5minutes no acknowledgement is not good customer service! I drove off I think this place needs to figure out what FAST food means. It WAS NOT busy so it makes no sense that a simple we will be with you shortly thank you for your patience, and give whatever the reason is for the delay…. Just acknowledging will go a long way! Read moreGentleman behind the register was on his phone and didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. Finally took my order and I could hear two females yelling at each other in the back, obviously frustrated with each other and using curse words. When I received my order, I was missing part of it. I walked up to the counter and there was nobody available to help me. Finally, the girl taking the drive-thru orders came into view. I let her know that I was missing part of my order and she rolled her eyes at me before calling to someone in the back. The cashier came back up and I let him know about my missing item, he said it'd be right out. I waited 32 minutes for my cheese and bacon potato to be ready.
