Love that they are bringing new community to the Food plaza but i got three issues

Hygiene : the cook came out wearing gloves touched everything, drank her tea and then went back cooking again. Why wear gloves???? Service: I ordered coffee she calls my name 5 times and then say wait 2 min. Someone came and she started talking. Why did u call my name I was sitting right there? Give me my damn coffee . Btw coffee was mediocre at best Presentation : they gave my dine in order in a box. My dosa was soo soggy. I can imagine that dosa to be ok but only in my imagination . the dosa and chunty was weird.

We were so excited to see lathrop’s official idli truck in the food plaza , such amazing idlies, super soft and fluffy and freshly made , it came with delicious 3 flavourful chutneys and tasty sambhar , it was super good 👌👌 my whole family enjoyed it and we ended up ordering 2 extra plates of idli 👌👌, the service was superb and fast , they were serving the orders pretty fast and also making the others comfortable while they were waiting in the line, can’t wait to go again and not to forget their delicious freshly brewed coffee , it was so so good , it was all worth the money , will visit...

I had a really disappointing experience at Babai Idli. First off, the service was incredibly slow—we waited over an hour for our food with no real explanation or updates from the staff. On top of that, I had clearly mentioned food limitations while placing the order, but they were completely ignored. The Dosa came so oily I had explicitly asked to avoid.The masala in the Dosa is runny. It felt like they weren't paying attention or just didn’t care. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service or consideration for their food...
