Rock N Roll, Handrolled Premium Ice Cream — Restaurant in Lathrop

We went to this business for the first time a few nights ago. We arrived about 9:00 p.m. while we looked at the menu we noticed two men inside who seem pretty busy rolling ice cream. We waited patiently for a good 20 to 30 minutes without ever getting a acknowledgment or "i will be right with you" or anything. We just thought they must be taking care of a big online order. We were about to leave when my husband asked the man "are you ever going to take our o rder?" The man inside said no we are closed. We looked at the sign that said they close at 10:00 and it was now 9:30 p.m. my husband told the man "you seen us standing out here all this time and never even acknowledged us or told us you were closed or anything." We recently had Rock n Roll cater a party at our home. They made the booking process seamless. They arrived with their truck and team 1 hour ahead of time, so that they could be ready to go at the time we wanted service to begin. The ice cream was a hit!
