Very #inconsistent service. Never know how food or service will be each time, #nervewrecking
Tonight, it was old burger meat that had been sitting on the tray for lord knows how long. Please throw the old patties away or make less since no one pays attention to the projected traffic your restaurant will have per hour (With COVID adjustments). It’s really sad to open your bag up to eat and find disappointment before even pulling off the parking lot, (after anticipation and prayer that the food is at least decent).
None of the buns were toasted tonight, which is a little thing that makes a big difference in taste and quality. Again, meat patties were soooo old,, two of them had already formed dry crust on the edges (and still, the cook thought it was ok to serve, #Boo, manager not randomly checking the food quality throughout the shift obviously or at least during down time to prepare ahead)
One day, it’s broiled to perfection and another it’s like boiled prison patty with not a single broil mark (cause it’s so old from sitting on the tray.) The quality doesn’t not meet brand standards #Tisk #Tisk, more money in my pocket, less for your store, more bad reviews, lesser visits, different BK location or just more visitS to other #brands (so I don’t have to drive further to avoid your location)
at least today I got hot fries. At least! I’ve noticed that each time the food is old or missing steps of preparation, it’s coming from the same kitchen “chef” if I could describe him, he is medium height (under 5’10), heavy set (250+- lbs) and either Pacific Islander, South Asian, Dominican Republic or similar.
Please be consistent and courteous to your patrons. Don’t make a bunch of food all at once so you can cut down on actually working while at work. Serving old food and expecting us to just eat it, is robbery and murder to the brand quality/standard. Not preparing the food the way the food is supposed to be prepared will make the customers doubt your location. Toast the buns each time, each meal.

MOST DAYS WITH OTHER MANAGEMENT MY EXPERIENCE IS GREAT BUT TODAY 3/3/25 THE LADY MANAGER AND THE HEAVIER SET DRIVE THROUGH LADY NEED TO BE FIRED. THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND BASICALLY SAID SINCE IVE PAID WITH THE APP THEY COULD NOT HELP ME RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AT 1:18PM. I GOT THERE AT 1:55 AND MY ORDER WAS NOT READY. I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS A LUNCH BREAK AND I COULD NOT WAIT. THEY TOLD ME ITS THE APP AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND CANNOT GIVE ME A REFUND. I THEN LEFT AND CAME BACK I EVEN TOLD THEM I WILL COME BACK. I GOT BACK AT 2:30 AND MY FOOD STILL WAS NOT COMPLETED. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE BUSY AND COULDN'T MAKE MY FOOD. THEY HAD MAYBE 5 CARS IN DRIVE THRU BUT THATS BESIDES THE POINT I PLACED THE ORDER AND PAID FOR IT IN THE APP AT 1:18PM SO WHY WAS MY FOOD NOT MADE. Read moreUpdating my review: they forgot about our order in the drive through or gave it to someone else. The line was filled behind us and everyone else got their food first before us. Should've just went to McDonald's. My fiance and I came into the location on Saturday at noon during a lunch rush. We of course had to wait a bit for our food which I didn't mind, I know we were there at a busy time. It took us maybe 10 minutes to get our order taken. Normally I wouldn't mind this as well because we can see everyone working really hard to get orders fulfilled but the woman who appeared to be the manager on duty did not acknowledge us until she took our order the 10 minutes later. If she took the time to be like "just give us a few minutes, we're really backed up" or something along those lines I would have had a better experience. Seemed very unprofessional.
