Very poor. If i cld give them half a star I wld. First of all, the staff members are the rudest people you can ever come across. They are lazy, they won't help you find anythg,they wld rather sit around ,gossiping about customers. Be careful not to ask them to help you find anythg lest you want to get snapped at or cursed at. They have no shame. They stand there cursing at their customers, fighting with customers etc. Especially this one ugly old dark skin woman from Ghana with this younger lightskinned woman from Sierra Leone (shameless culprits). Secondly, the store is stocked with just a few different brands, Caution: Don't ask for brands they don't have,cause again you might get cursed out, snapped at or forced to buy what they have. Thirdly, watch out for expired or products that are about to expire. Buy at your own risk cos you can't take it back. The idiots here operate the store like they are in Africa, where the seller has all the power. Last of all, I don't know why anyone who works hard for their money will ever return here. Their prices are so ridiculous. Way overpriced. The store is way overpriced. Everything in there is overpriced, from perishable items to non-perishable items. Please stay away from this nonsense place that calls themselves a store. Check out other locations in the area for the same items at reasonable prices: MegaMart Al Madina for fresh...

It pains me to give this place 2 stars...but I have given them too many chances for 10 years. They used to have the best handled meat. They were neat and most important had MEAT. The vegetables in the middle aisle have improved a little even though it is still full of gnats in the onion boxes. In my experience today, the young lady brought very respectful peppers and okra...yes, today they were clean. I trusted this place because they play Spiritual music but for the second time....and last time, my experience was regretful. I spent too much money on the overpriced and worst cut of meat. They have truly change. I really doubt the lady who owned it once upon a time is the same owner... My next visit will be to the Asian store on 197. They respect their meat and vegetables...and loyal customers. Oh, and there were customers without masks...why? Some not even respecting the 6...

I watch them litterally steal meat from me . They had a guy just walking around the store and once they are done cutting your meat or fish he will pick up part of the meat/fish you will be charged for. It's such a shame.The buctcher had the audacity to tell me the meat was expensive after I watched all the theater unfold before my eyes. I told him i wasn't buying from...
