As I have regularly for years, I ordered pizza from this Ledo's for Monday night dinner group where we ta4 ke turns providing dinner. The group loves Ledo's pizza and won't have it for us to mix things up and get something different from time to time.
When I ordered my pizza this afternoon, I was shocked to find they had no sausage. NO SAUSAGE!
So, I adapted my order to ask for a large divided into quarters (as usual), but with 1/4 pepperoni, 1/4 ground beef, 1/4 cheese, 1/4 ham & pineapple.
What I got was 1/3 pepperoni, 1/3 ham, 1/3 ground beef. No pineapple, no plain cheese, and no quarters.
Manager asked, but I didn't have time to wait for a newly make pizza, so took what I got.
He did not offer any sort of discount.
I'm currently trying to figure out what other location I can pick up from on the way from work and still have hot pizza for out group.
I do not plan to return to this location since I cannot trust them to understand and follow my order instructions.
To be fair, the quality was fine and no one in the group seemed to have any problems with the actual quality...
Read moreSad! I love Ledos and I hadn’t had it in a while. I normally go to the one in College Park but I was in Laurel so I decided to order from this location. I ordered a medium pre-cooked bacon & tomato pizza & when I get there the pizza was ready for me so I paid. As I was leaving I said to myself let me check to make sure this is correct. Good thing I did because the pizza was missing the pre-cooked bacon. So I walk back up to the counter to show I did not have the pre-cooked bacon on it. The cashier apologized and said we put it on at the end. SMH. The pizza goes back to the kitchen and a few moments later they hand me the pizza back. I look at it again and they just dumped a lot of pre-bacon on top. I should have had them remake it but I didn’t have time for that & if they don’t recognize the bacon should be somewhat melted in with cheese. When I get home bacon is everywhere because it slid around while being transported. The bacon was colder than the pizza & was Luke warm at best. I couldn’t even finish mine before my stomach began bothering me. Never again! Why is there no...
Read moreI should have listened. It had been a long time since I had a pizza of any kind. Dietary issues make pizza something special to enjoy only on rare occasions. The reviews suggested that Ledo's in Laurel has gone down hill. But it had been my go to so I didn't listen. I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and was told the wait was 25 to 35 mjnutes. When I was called, I was shown a large pizza with 1/2 pepperoni and sausage and the other half cheese. I said, that's not what I ordered. They said they would make again. I suspect that they took the same pizza, added pepperoni and sausage to the other half and put it back in the oven. I say this because, after the pizza cooled down at home, it was hard as a brick and clearly overdone. I ate 4 squares because I was hungry. My husband did not even want to try it when he got home. I just threw the rest away. There was no way to reheat without drying it out more. This was a monumental waste of money. Again, I should...
