I made an appointment to get my tooth extracted. After they did all my x rays, they gave me information about all my other teeth. I asked about the initial concerns, and they said the office was closed, so I had to make another appointment to get the extraction done. On the second appointment, I didn't get enough anesthesia so I felt the pain. I was crying in the seat. I'm anemic so I was so cold. They gave me a small blanket after they saw me crying. The TV wasn't loud enough. I was sent home without any instructions, no discharge papers, and no medication, and a piece of my tooth is still dangling. I had to remember what to do from a previous tooth extraction from 2 years ago, at a different dentist. Terrible experience.

I had awesome experience with Aspen dental Dr. Win, my surgeon was magnificent. He is my Hero. Lisa she’s gone was great. The financial person Raina very friendly very easy very direct very professional China, the young assistance, beautiful attitude, beautiful person I can go on and on about Aspen staff I love my smile, very reasonable had a magnificent experience thank you đŸ™đŸŸđŸ’Żâ€ïžđŸ‘đŸŸđŸ˜ŠđŸ€—đŸ˜

The technology that they use for scanning my mouth is what impressed me the most. The doctor clarified every question I had showing me the scan. Definitely recommending Aspen Dental to my friends and relatives!

1st experience was a great one! The dental assistants are all beautiful & patient. They are also helpful. & even though I saw plenty of patients coming in & out....they didn't treat me like a number. UPDATE: Almost 2 months later: This dentist office is horrible & I need this to be on record. I have a horrible toothache and came ro them to get ot checked out in January. They discovered I have an active infection in 1 of my teeth. No Antibiotics were prescribed, however they did ask me to come back 2 days later to see their surgeon for a root canal. And that root canal would cost me over $3k and I had no dental insurance at the moment. They also informed me that they have only ONE surgeon who comes to their office once a month. I decided to get insurance so I wouldn't go into debt. By the time I got the insurance, The surgeon was booked for February. I asked them when he was coming in March, they said they didn't know, but would put me on the waiting list. I told them if they don't contact me before the end of February, that I'll be going elsewhere because I have an active infection that they prescribed NO antibiotics for. - March 2nd comes around, still NO CALL. I called them and asked when their ONE Surgeon would be there. They said "They didn't know". I threatened to leave and find a more competent dentist office. They said, "Hold on one sec" and put me on hold. When she came back to the phone, she told me she was able to reach the surgeon and hes coming on March 12th. Since that was 10 days away, she preceded go take my dental insurance info and told me that everything would be $1600+ Instead of over $3k. She asked me to come into the office ASAP so i could work out getting approved for some type of subsidy to pay the rest of my bill. (ALL THIS OFFICE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY) - So i came in yesterday, 3/5. I asked the nurse why NO antibiotics were given to me, she denied that they never gave me any. She completely forgot everything about me. I won't say this woman's name because I truly believe she went out of her way to help me, but the people that run her office are people that don't care much for the African American demographic that dominates the community of Laurel they're located in. I'm not sure if it's a racial issue or a social one. I believe all the doctors here are Asian American. --- Either way she tells me that she can get an antibiotic prescribed for me ASAP. She went to find the doctor and said he ended up leaving early. She then told me that their ONE Specialist that comes ONCE a month, just rescheduled his visit to their office from March 12, to March 20th. Mind you, i have now had an infected tooth in my mouth for nearly 2 months since they 1st found it in my mouth. And the only reason I have had it in my mouth this long...IS BECAUSE THIS IS AN INCOMPETENT DENTIST OFFICE THAT PUTS THE FINANCIAL LANDSCAPE OF THEIR PATIENTS AS THE TOP PRIORITY! Im a business owner with a Wife and 3 children. My insurance isn't the best like it used to be. It's Sad to see offices like this in our community that Prioritize Financial Class before the Urgent health care needs of the People of the community that they're supposed to serve. - IF YOU DONT MAKE A SIX FIGURE SALARY...DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL...

I can’t express how welcomed and supported I have felt from my 2 visits (so far) with this office. I came to them embarrassed and nervous about starting my treatment journey after many years of feeling dental work wasn’t an option for me due to no insurance and financial stress. They offer free exams and X-rays for new patients with no insurance, this was the first stress lifted off my shoulders. I got emotional explaining my issues and history with Dom and he was completely reassuring and supportive. Went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Just truly such a nice person. Along with another nice woman whose name I didn’t get, she assured me that we’d take things one step at a time and id be taken care of. The doctor examined me, explained my treatment plan and I met with Lacey the office manager who helped me learn financial options and apply for a credit line to cover a large portion of my procedure costs. Bella helped me at the front desk and sat in on my conversation with Lacey, she was a very calm and respectful presence while I expressed my concerns and asked dozens of questions to Lacey. No matter what I stressed Lacey assured me that we’d work things out. Today I went in for a tooth extraction and scaling on my left side. The gentleman who performed my deep clean was funny and lighthearted, very receptive to whether or not I was in pain. And the doctor who performed my extraction was efficient and focused. I was very nervous going in today. Dom greeted me a second time with excitement and I just felt really taken care of by this office! I was sent home with some after care instructions, mouth rinse amongst other small things, and my prescriptions were ready for me at my pharmacy of choice shortly after my appointment ended.

If you feel like dental care isn’t accessible to you it’s worth looking into. I had no idea how many option there were. I’m so happy I found this...

I recently visited Aspen Dental for what I scheduled as an annual teeth cleaning and check-up, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite clearly stating my reason for the appointment, all that was done were X-rays and exams. I was then seated in a prep room, given a bib as if the cleaning was about to begin, and left waiting for 10-15 minutes with no updates.

When the doctor finally arrived, they rushed through an explanation of my X-rays, repeating information I already knew. I asked multiple times about the cleaning I originally scheduled, only to be told I’d need to speak with a consultant to schedule it. I was then informed that a hygienist “might” be available that day, which was incredibly frustrating since I was under the impression my cleaning was already planned.

I was shuffled to another waiting room and eventually taken to yet another room by the consultant, who immediately started discussing prices for additional services. When I once again asked about my cleaning, I was finally informed, “We don’t do cleanings on the same day.” This was never communicated when I made the appointment or at any point during my visit.

The whole experience felt rushed and disorganized. My appointment ended with no cleaning, unanswered questions, and the impression that the main focus was on upselling services. This was a complete waste of my time and insurance.

On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly, and the technician who conducted my X-rays was professional. However, the overall experience was frustrating and misleading. I won’t...
