Greetings!!! My name is Camille and I visited the Charley’s today for a cheesesteak sandwich at approximately 4pm. I was greeted warmly by a young man by the name of Greg. He swiftly took my order and in the interim I noticed that the establishment now has wings. I asked him has he tried the wings yet and he gave me his polite, professional opinion on the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and also even allowed me to sample the sauce! After his recommendation I decided to try the wings in addition to my usual order. I was told they don't accept anything over a $ 20.00 bill by the employee who stated because they have carry change, and plus it's posted on the door. As you can see the sign posted on the door. It doesn't say that. I was forced to use a credit card. I spoke with the shift manger who stated the same thing. If I left the receipt there and I used my app to get points they souks be able to confirm my order. I will not patronize this location without better customer service and responsibility when someone does something incorrect.
