The store sits in a location with plenty of parking. Great real estate! The store is visible at the street. And in a shopping area. Upon entry, we were not really greeted. The bathroom was filthy. Toiled in handicapped stall was plugged with toilet tissue, sinks filthy with wayer all over the place, and trash filled. The store was not clean. The tables looked smeared, As if they were cleaned with a dirty rag. It looked like some of the staff had blue jeans on? But then I thought, maybe olive garden has changed its quality dining two, just something similar to a coney island. There was a different of opinion with the way the app works, which started some type of disagreement and agitation with the team who tried to say that we the customers were agitated and we were not, but their accusations made us feel uncomfortable. We decided to use the no waiting app. We thought by scheduling the time. We could secure our spot when we got to Olive Garden. The greeter told us it didn't work that way In the most disrespectful way, but because her team all agreed that she wasn't disrespectful. The manager also agreed, but we are the customer and we weren't outrageous. We were just trying to figure out if she was trying to verbally assault us or not. She rolled her eyes when we just had enough and said okay, and she turned around to go back to having a small conversation with her peers because the customers obviously were not important to them. I did ask her, why did you roll your eyes? And she grew angry with me And was using inciteful verbiage. When we got to our table, I asked for a manager to help us understand if we should continue to use the app. I carefully explained to the manager. Customers only expect what you advertise. And our behavior are based on your advertisements. And when we got here, your team could not understand that and took it a different way. Thus, their behavior the manager was aggressive. Manager was looking around the restaurant to see that people were drawing attention, and I didn't understand that I felt like he wanted something to go wrong. I carefully explain to the manager that What we understand as a customer guides our expectation, thus behavior. the communication broke down when your team was not able to articulate the use of the app. We were told by your team.We use the app to put us inline But we're not in line until we check in so that anybody who comes before us will be seated before us, because because we didn't check in, so we were discussing if the app was even useful and how the app caused so much conflict, but the team thought we were talking to them and we were not, they were just in our conversations. After they dismissed us The manager was not clear as to how the app work. so I googled it. If you checked your security card cameras, you will see me googling it, but that didn't stop the team who is already agitated. When my meal came, my soup was warm. It tastes like chemicals were in it, but they told me that I was just being silly. At the table, I broke out into the sweat. My heart started racing. I said, well, let me step out to get some air and I started vomiting, I ran back into the stores that I didn't vomit all over the ground and vomited in the stall that was already overflooded, but the bathroom was never cleaned. The waitress came and introduced herself, bringing us water. The weird thing was after she brought our entrees. She started inquiring about this situation with the front and I asked her, why was she bringing it up? And she was making me worry, because she was not a part of it, and she waited so long. Like when she brought our food to start talking about it, it was bad timing in my mind and red flagged me. Then the waitress wanted to get into some type of confrontation and I felt sick like we should leave because they're too argumentative. Everybody wants to argue with the customer. I just didn't understand we spoke with the manager that should have ended everything but the waitress after talking to her team. I got sick vomiting after the bowl of soup or...

Read moreSo I have been to this particular location about 5 times in the past year since I moved to the area. Three times I waited and sat in the dining area with my boyfriend and the service and food was great but the other two times we sat at the bar, each time a Friday and let’s just say the service was lacking. The first time which was a Friday night the bar tender was very snooty. She waited ten minutes to acknowledge us which I get it if she is busy but we came early and we were the only people besides a male sitting at the end of the bar. I believe my boyfriend was more upset than me at how Poor her service was. She seemed to be overwhelmed with whatever her and another employee were talking about. My second night which was tonight, a Friday night around 10pm I sat at the bar praying for a different outcome. The place was pretty full and I noticed it was the same bartender this time the manager was at the bar and still I was not acknowledged until 10 mins after sitting down. The manager said “hello” then walked away while the bartender was occupied with something underneath the counter. After about 5 mins she acknowledged me as she sat down a case load of glasses that spilled and broke all over the floor a couple pieces hitting my lap. Initially I felt sorry for her because we all have bad days. She eventually asked the manager for help when he walked by again and of course he sent no one. A guy next to me asked for cheese for his dish and she sat the cheese grater infront of him and walked off. He shook his head in disappointment and put his own cheese on his meal. No big deal but if you frequent Olive Garden then you know that’s their job. She was actually more pleasant this time but she gave me two dirty plates they didn’t just look dirty but they smelled as if they had been clean with week old dishwater or someone’s sweat. She was working the bar alone and again seemed overwhelmed she asked for help again two more times and no one showed. The manager would come and watch but did nothing to assist. As much as I would like to blame her it’s ridiculous that this establishment will watch as an employee literally fails at orders and communicating with guest and them not give the proper help for her to be at least semi successful. I like Olive Garden but after tonight. Management needs to learn staffs strengths and weaknesses before just leaving them alone on a busy night to handle the bar area. I will definitely not be returning...
