Your staff managers are petty, undereducated, and like to show off to their staff. I opted for my Fries to be handed to me to save the environment and the little girl threatened me to buy a bag and was shocked I asked for a refund. She was incompetent, detached, and totally in the wrong. She made sure I watched her make the fries and was chuckling as she planned her whole petty interaction with the other little girls that circled around her because they're still stuck in highschool mentality. In due time, they'll figure things out. I literally came in for fries so why wouldn't that little girl manager hand me my fries. Oh! It's because shes a drop out, petty little bully that is very very very out of touch with zero common sense. There were 6 little girls circling her and they all felt so proud that they were going to bully me to buy a bag for one fry that sat perfectly on the fry tray. But jokes on them and your location because I got my money back and was given hot and very fresh fries elsewhere. Keep it up and you all will be under new management. Your strategies are not founded on any common sense. Read more books and educate yourselves, the real world is going to give you a dose of your own medicine. Be ready.... And your food is always nasty anyway. I've grown patient and tired of you all, I don't mind the extra drive. You guys are absolutely not competent. There's always 20 people on duty but you guys insist on cooking too much food in anticipation of volume but you guys don't even know how to project correctly. You let the food sit and the lamps you all have the food on are not properly programmed for the objective you have in mind. Cook fries and let them sit then throw them back in the fryer to fool guests but the joke is on you. Youre the only location that cooks the quarter pounders, let them sit, then try to reheat when an order pops up. Your food wouldn't pass the taste test at a cook out. Stop being inconsiderate, lazy, and below standards. You need new a haul of all the staff too. Some of your little drive thru mami's are rude behind the glass. Read moreI normally don't complain about fast food, but I had a horrible experience here yesterday. The place was not busy & I was 1 of 2 vehicles in the drive-thru. I ordered on the mobile app - (2) 10 ct Nuggets, 6 ct Nugget, Lg French Fry & Lg Dr. Pepper.
When we got to the window, the woman instructed us to move to spot #1 to wait for our order. I thought "great, it will be fresh food" so I didn't mind. 5 minutes later, a woman brings the bag, I asked if it contained XZY inside & she says yes like I'man idiot for asking.
I look into the bag & it is someone else's whole order. So, I walk in & she gives me another bag. Once I get to the car, I look inside & I'm still missing a 10ct Nuggets. I walk back in again & finally, after 10 min of waiting, I received my complete order.
I can understand if the place was busy during rush hour or they were short staffed, but they were neither.

They told me I could keep or toss the food. The order contained items I have an allergy to and so I am unable to eat it, which I told to the "customer service" rep. He told me I can throw it away, but I still would not be given a refund. So, I have no food and you took my money? This is literally theft, they took my money and I got nothing in return. I asked for a supervisor, he refused and told me "no matter who you talk to, you won't get a refund." Excuse me? This order I was given is literally inedible for me.
