Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lawton

I had a very wonderful experience. The atmosphere was wonderful and ambient. It was clean and the first person who I saw was April and she was our server as well. April saw that I had a tomato allergy and we just got there and the salad bar was going to be closing in like 30 minutes. She knew that they weren't making pasta with alfredo sauce and she put it on a plate for me and brought it to my table and said it will be gone if I didn't do this for you so that was already over and beyond what she supposed to do. She talked to wonderful boss Natasha who was kind to me as well. Both of them listened to me and they made me my own pizza since the rest of it had tomatoes and stuff on it. They made me my own alfredo Hawaiian pizza and I don't eat ham so they gave me chicken they were wonderful and kind and they listened to me again like I said they were they were really nice and then April kept checking to make sure we're okay if we needed anything and she saw that we didn't have any dessert yet well I didn't see it, I didn't and my friend didn't either. She said you might want to try the desert it's a chocolate mousse and since I'm diabetic I can only have a little bit, the food was amazing, the atmosphere like I said was amazing. The service was awesome we would definitely be coming back one day. We were a group of 4 of us . The price was very reasonable with our coupons each of us had the 5.99 buffet coupon it was awesome the cinnamon bread was great ,the breadsticks was great I couldn't have any of the other pizza so I don't know anything about those but that pasta that she first rescued for me it was great it was so good so I'm very thankful to have met April and Natasha I gave them both hugs goodbye. Absolute garbage. Get rid of the the drive thru lane if you are going to be understaffed. Pulled up and ordered two personal pepperoni pizza for my husband at home. Was quoted 10-15 mins, left the line. Got back in the line after 15 mins, got to the window and it wasn’t ready. Waited another 15 mins before it was. Didn’t check and got home and realized they gave us cheese not pepperoni. Drove back and said y’all gave me cheese not pepperoni. He asks for one of them back. Brought me back a pepperoni one that had been cut and looked dry. I said both of them were wrong then he asked for the other one back. (He should have let us keep this pizzas, husbands hands were on them so whoever got them instead enjoy his germs) He said oh well that is going to take 15 mins for us to make one. Offers a free liter or dessert. Okay, so 15 mins goes by I get back in line. Somebody in front of me this time is just sitting at the window. I finally get courage to ask them (after 10 mins) if they already placed their order and they said yeah. I asked if they left the line as I know my order is ready and so is the car behind me (now 4 cars total in line). He mumbled something back, I said whatever and rolled my window back up. BEWAREDON'T* EAT* HERE* If I could rate this zero stars I would..... My husband & I are here in Lawton for my sons graduation from boot camp. We decided to eat at Pizza Hut on 2311 NW Cache Rd, Lawton. OK. 73505 and was the absolute worst dine-in exsperience we have ever had. We normally check the ratings of the restaurants we decide to dine with. Here's our absolutely aweful exsperience: We walked in and stood there at the door for at least 20 minutes before we were even greeted never mind seated. Finally in our seat, we waited 15 minutes for menus even after my daughter went up front and got them herself. Then when our server (if that's what you want to call her) came to our table, we weren't quite ready to order so we ask for her to come back. So wouldn't you know she never came back at all. Another person took our order, another person delivered it, and wouldn't you know it was all wrong and missing items. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and we were so disappointed. My husband and I couldn't believe that for a restaurant having 7+ people working at that the service we received was absolutely atrocious! Completely disgusting and disgusted.
