Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Layton

I was irritated by the service provided last night. I will not return to this location. I will hope for better service at a location across town. I found the workers there to be immature, incompetent, rude or just oblivious of what the rest of their team was doing. I called in my order so they would have plenty of time to prepare it. When I arrived they all looked at each other like none of them had a clue. Not all of them looked like they were in high school, but they acted like it. I notice that Papa Murphy's locations seem to hire minors to run a store. The problem I've seen over and over again is asking them to do anything more than swipe a debit card, their brains freeze up and have trouble processing information. It appeared as if my order that was called in was forgotten and they had to give me someone else's pizza. I went back up to the counter to make another purchase, the girls at the front of the store acted as if it wasn't possible. They were actually going to turn me away! I told them I had made the same purchase two dozen times before. The one girl, Amy I'm quite sure her name was, acted very put off at my request. I couldn't believe her reaction. She was saying my request was conditional depending on whether she could spare it. A pizza place with a refridgerator the size of a living room and you're not sure if you have enough?! That's not my problem, that's an inventory problem and it's your problem. I couldn't believe the amount of time it took to simply squirt a sauce in to a cup and hand it to me. The owner needs to tighten up his ship, fill that refridgerator or start running the cash drawer himself to ensure that all of Layton doesn't run to other locations and leave his location a ghost town. I will not return to this location. I will hope for better service at a location...

This is for their new location in Layton by Winco. Horrible service! I ordered 2 large pizza's online at 6:13 pm and was given the time of 6:34 for my pick up time. I got there at 6:40 expecting my pizza's to at least be close to being done. I was told that they were just starting. I watched people come in and go up to the counter and order their pizza and get their pizza and leave while I was still waiting for mine. When I checked the second time I was told they were just starting them. I told them that I was told that 10 minutes ago and that I had ordered my pizza's online to avoid having to wait. I was told that they couldn't change the order in which they make pizza's. I told them that my email had said the order would be ready at 6:34 and asked them if they wanted to see it. I also told them that I had watched several people come in when I did, place their order at that time and still got their pizza sooner than I did. I am very disappointed in the way that store is ran. Why have an online service if you don't look at the orders or pay attention to the time it is supposed to be ready? I would have gotten my pizza faster by just walking in and placing the order. Due to them not starting my pizza's when they should have we were late for a movie we had already purchased...

I loved the store on Fairfield across from Smiths. We ordered online tonight and I drove there to find out this location had closed and moved over by winco. I called this location three times and didn’t get an answer with the first one being they hung up right after picking up. The other two times the line buzzed as busy. I go there to pickup my order and waited for five minutes by the POS system for anyone to notice I was there after I said something. They check my order and said one of the pizzas was still being made. Even though I was ten minutes past the promise pickup time. I brush this off seeing that their busy. The guy tells me that the POS I’m by isn’t where I go and that I need to wait in the regular line anyways. This takes another 15 minutes but again they’re busy. I get to the front and she says they are just finishing the other pizza. Ok fine. So I wait again where they are handing out online orders. Another twenty minutes passes and another employee comes up and asks for my name so I give it to him. He checks for the order and then goes into the back and just starts my other pizza. I asked for a refund and will not be back to this location. Very disappointed in...
