I usually go to the location down the street as it never has let me down, but I was closer to this one and decided to stop by. What a mistake.... I had to repeat my order 2 times, as the poor kid was either new or incompetent (not trying to be rude).
Then, when he gave me the total I asked him if he had charged me for the 6 pack I ordered or just charged me for 6 individual cookies, as the price was too high with tax. He was super confused and so I had to yet again repeat my order, and luckily I was charged correctly. Super frustrating as the employees should be trained well enough to know if a client orders a 6 or 12 pack, charge them for that instead of individual cookies.
Well, it continues. I get the order and check to verify it all is right. I dont pay attention to anything else. When I get home and attempt to squeeze the fresh citrus, I realize it is unable to be squeezed because of the size of the lemon and lime wedge: paper thin! A quarter of an inch thick! Yeah, what a waste as the cookies are pretty bland without the fresh juice.
The brownie and oreo cookie also had such an excessive amount of caramel and chocolate drizzle. Im talking too much that the cookies became soggy and inedible by the time I got home. The definition of "chocolate and caramel with a cookie/brownie" and not the other way around.
2/6 cookies inedible, and an additional 2/6 lacking their signature, for a total of 4/6 cookies that are not great.
Won't be going back to this...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! So we’ve drove by this place a few times and it’s always closed so finally my bf and I saw it was open and we decided to give it a go. It was completely empty inside. We ordered 5 cookies and sat and waited because hey it’s our first time going here. 10 min later we still haven’t received our order. My bf went up to see what was going on since nobody was in the drive-thru or inside but us. THEY FORGOT OUR ORDER. 5 people are working mind you! So they are like sorry and asked what we ordered. We repeated ourselves and they said we’ll get that order sorry about that. So it didn’t take long after we reminded them. We got in our car and I checked the order, we were missing a cookie. I walked back in to tell them that we were missing one and reminded them AGAIN what we ordered. They took the box apologized again and opened a fridge to get the other cookie.
