Every bite was pure bliss. Also, it was gigantic, two would be a meal for me. But wait—then came the Birria Ramen Soup. Yes, you heard that right—birria and ramen had a love child, and it’s a masterpiece. The broth was packed with deep, savory goodness, and those tender chunks of birria swimming in it? Absolute perfection. Noodles soaked up all that flavor, and I swear I could eat this every day and never get tired of it. It was under $10. The service? Top-notch. Super friendly, welcoming, and speedy fast. They gave me a little buzzer and I could wait in my truck on a cold day until it was ready, maybe a five minute wait tops. I’m honestly counting down the days until I can go back and relive this epic food experience. If you haven’t been to Los Hermanos Taqueria yet—do yourself a favor and GO NOW. You’ll thank me later!

We always see this food truck when we go to the dentist and on our way to MMA
. We finally decided to give them a try. We love tacos 😋 We ordered 7 asadas. That’s our go to when we try a new taco place. I don’t know why but it is. The guy who took our order was pleasant. Our tacos came out hot and fresh with lots of meat , toppings and sauces. We tried the tacos without the sauce and the asada was flavorful. The red sauce was spicy enough to enjoy it with the tacos. We will definitely be back.
