First - let me say that overall, we eat Domino’s often and usually had a good experience. However, we had the WORST experience a few days ago. Ordered delivery via the website, defaulted to this location based on our address. Order arrives, we open the door to say thank you and wave. The driver is standing at our front door (within 6 ft) and says, per his manager, they won’t deliver to us anymore because we are out of their delivery range. My husband responds, trying to explain we didn’t pick their location (we don’t care!), but it’s what the website selected. The driver interrupts my husband again saying they’re won’t deliver to us again. He was extremely rude. After he leaves, my husband wanted to immediately call management, etc. but we talked and it was raining hard that day, we know COVID is making things busy/miserable, so we decided to let it go. We sit down to eat, get a call, let it go to voicemail, it’s the manager of this location. He says the driver told him that my husband “cursed” the driver out and told him to get off our property. Manager threatens to have us banned, among other angry comments. I immediately called back, explained the driver was lying, didn’t happen, etc. We offered more than once to pull our video doorbell footage of the incident and send it to the manager to prove the driver was lying. Manager said that wasn’t necessary, but never apologized or said they would take any action with the driver. Only said he would email corporate to ask our address be fixed (regarding the delivery range issue). I am not one to post reviews about small issues - but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had with...
Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I would...I walked in to pick up my order today, walked up to the desk with a smile with a worker (girl) on the far left side of the desk by the glass doing nothing and a guy busy putting orders together behind the shelves in front of the front desk. Well, I did not get a “hello, how can I help you?” from either one.. Nothing. I waited and waited while the girl kept looking at me and back at the guy for at least 5 minutes, then after me pulling out my card holding it visibly by my face the girl ask me if I’m there to pick up an order.. I said yes, and she ask me cash or card.. card I said. She ask for the name of the order gets the order comes over by me very unhappy and unfriendly like, and checks me out. She then again stood there and was looking over into space doing nothing and the reciepts were already printed.. after a few minutes of waiting again, I ask if that was it and she then grabs the receipts and gives it to me I say thank you and she says absolutely nothing. I am very unhappy with the customer service at this Dominos that girl was extreme rude! I love dominos pizza it’s my favorite but I will now after coming here for 2 years ordering pizza at least every 2 weeks or so will now choose a different location. I don’t ever want to...
Read moreThis dominos is horrible!. Last Saturday my little brother wanted pizza. It was 12am and it is very well known that domino stays open till 1am on the weekends... I called them and this guy LIED and said they was closed!! Can you believe that?, how can you run a decent business like that?. I called the dominoes in Friendswood to confirm that they were open which they was and she told me to order on the app because they would have no choice but to take my order. So I did And I got my pizza 40 mins later. I will never order from them ever again! If I want dominoes I would rather pick up from another location. Their customer service is horrible everybody that works there is unbelievably rude the manager is a nightmare!. So go ahead and order from them if you want but understand if you have a complaint are an issue with your food you will not get help and you will be treated horrible!!. I mean think about it like this people, what kind of employees lie and say they're closed when they're not & the manager is OK with that?.. Makes me wonder what they must do...
