McDonald's — Restaurant in League City

I’m sorry people apparently think y’all are Vic and Anthony’s steakhouse where the employees have to cater to you as they’re fanning you with their palm leaf. 🙄

This is hands down the cleanest and nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been to and it’s perfection every single time. Thank you for always providing excellent service with smiles on your faces. Working with people day in and out is not easy. It’s so easy to focus on the negative when you’re just trying to get through the shift.. so please read this and know y’all are awesome and do a great job.

And to your manager- don’t let people walk all over you- if someone has to stand in line twice cause they can’t order (or read and verify said order) properly that is not on you, baby! Manager was very rude. Ordered a number three with no onions large, a Filet-O-Fish meal with a large drink medium fry and a 20 piece nugget... after waiting 15 minutes for my food one of the fries were missing and I said something to the lady and she proceeded to tell me that the nuggets did not come with fries I told her I wasn't referring to the nuggets I was referring to the Filet-O-Fish meal she told me that the cashier didn't ring me up for the medium fry , I said doesn't it come with the meal she said she didn't ring it up as a meal... Absolutely horrible LOL. We have a family of 4, so our order is going to be a decent size. After every single thing I ordered (since the first item) the cashier said “anything else” over and over and over. So after ordering about 10 more items and hearing that over and over, I was a bit annoyed. So I get the shamrock McFlurry, and it’s not even mixed up. The green flavoring was still sitting on the top AND pouring out the side. I had to hold the McFlurry out of my car until the lady just gave me another cup to put under it. Did absolutely nothing to fix the actual McFlurry. So we pull away, check some of the order and the fries were completely cold and soggy. Not even warm at all.
