McDonald's — Restaurant in Leander

These people need to get their act together. A few weeks ago my roommate and I went through the drive thru. She ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae; I ordered a Southwest Salad and a large soda. As we drove off I realized they hadn't given me my drink. I parked, went inside, handed my receipt to a young Hispanic male, and explained I did not receive my drink. He acted like he didn't know what to do, and relayed the information to other employees. A middle-aged Hispanic woman walked over and gave me a large cup, rather rudely. She never offered an apology. The drink area was filthy!

Just tonight I went through the drive thru. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad with the Southwest Dressing and a large soda. The young man over the speaker (who I will say was very polite) said the total was $6.05. When I pulled up to the window he told me $6.27. I thought maybe he had given me the cost before tax, and it wasn't a huge difference so I didn't argue. Between windows I looked at the receipt and it was for a 10 piece McNuggets Meal, BBQ Sauce, and Medium Coke. When I got to the second window I explained that I was charged for the wrong thing. The girl turned towards the back and started shouting in Spanish at the cashier guy. Next thing I knew, the middle-aged Hispanic woman (same from last time) was handing me my salad. She said "Thank you" as if that was it. I asked the younger girl if they needed my card again to run the correct amount. She told me that they double checked, and the orders are the same price. I didn't mention that I was originally told $6.05. They almost forgot my drink again; I had to ask for it.

To top it all off, when I got home I opened my Salad and it already had some sort of dressing on it! Like a Caesar or something. Really? That ruins the whole Southwest taste.

Unless I'm desperate, I doubt I'll stop at this...

Great customer lot a parking disability people very good access do the front door it's about the whole entire restaurant.. Very caring and concerning boss or manager is making sure things got done always with very respectful and polite courteous clean environment customer service is nice and respectful. The Manager(Boss) and employee's at McDonald's in Cedar Park, Tx 78613 are very nice respectful sweet kind respectful generous courteous, and calm. The whole time I was. There I notice how they were always communicating with one another and if there was a issue or problem the manager will pull them to the side and discuss problem/issue with them so they could come to the conclusion and fix it together as a team. The manager was very respectful and instead of him saying something to the employee in front of others he pulled them to the side to discuss it. Which I thought was very respectful and kind and courteous. He is a great manager and he's doing a great job turning things around for McDonald's. They also have clean rest rooms and we'll the over all entire restaurant is clean and safe.This McDonald's has turned out to be great place to eat, chill, hang out, talk and meet people at. I definitely loved how when you use there wifi they don't tell you how long you can be on it or when to get off and leave.. now that was overall the best of all things which I thought was very cool as I was doing my college work on my laptop and charging my cell phone. And they were the furr's restaurant that didn't mind or say something and make you leave does the first restaurant I'll give ten thumbs up not 5.. I'll definitely be telling everybody about and make sure they all go to this McDonalds instead of anywhere else.. great job you guys at McDonald's in Cedar Park Texas. I don’t understand their concept of neighborly love I have worked next door to Leander McDonald’s for a year and for a year I have tried endlessly to get some sort of customer satisfaction and some sort of relief for giving Leander McDonald’s money but the Leander McDonald’s is unappreciative and have taken a good name and ran it into the dirt that they serve!!!!! Today I waited inside for 15 minutes for my order while others walked in and got theirs and left mind you I work next door to them ... my 15 min order was just a drink! I have tried effortlessly to gain respect as a customer and cannot you people are RUDE Your restaurant is dirty and literally not the American dream of McDonald’s I grew up to enjoy!!! SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS FOR HOW YOU TREAT YOUR COMMUNITY!!!!!..I will not give you another cent of my money ever again, Leander McDonald’s!!! No entiendo su concepto de amor vecinal. He trabajado al lado de Leander McDonald's durante un año y durante un año he intentado sin cesar obtener algún tipo de satisfacción del cliente y algún tipo de alivio por darle dinero a Leander McDonald's, pero Leander McDonald's ¡no es apreciativo y he tomado un buen nombre y lo he encontrado en la tierra que sirven! Hoy esperé adentro durante 15 minutos para recibir mi pedido, mientras que otros entraron y tomaron el suyo y te olvidaron que trabajo al lado de ellos ... ¡mi pedido de 15 minutos fue solo una bebida! He tratado sin esfuerzo de ganarme el respeto como cliente y no pueden ser groseros. ¡Su restaurante está sucio y literalmente no es el sueño americano de McDonald's que crecí para disfrutar! ¡¡¡VERGÜENZA EN USTED MCDONALDS POR CÓMO TRATAN A SU COMUNIDAD !!!!! .. ¡¡¡No le daré otro centavo de mi dinero que gane,...
