Worst experience at a fast food Restaurant ever. It was the worst customer service ever. I drove through to get my sons a snack. I handed the payment person my card and he handed it back. Half the time I never get a receipt anyways because they don’t give me one, So I didn’t think anything of it. When I got up to the window to pick up my food there was a confusion with the window girl about my food. Then some tall young gentleman Came to help her out. He looked at me and said in a snotty tone, “well ma’am your card was declined.” I was like, “that’s impossible because I have well over three grand in my account.” He’s like, “yeah sure. Are you going to pay” now in this case what the kid SHOULD HAVE done was say , “well ma’am I think they’re just was an issue with the processing of the card on our side, I if you hand it back I can get it taken care of.” HE DID NOT DO THIS. After he said that then something short girl with her hair pulled back came into the conversation with a rude tone and said, “well ma’am your stuff didn’t go through.” It was like both of them were trying to gang up on me and make me feel less than. So I was so mad at how rude they were, I said they could keep the food and called them A unkind word because they got me that heated from the extremely rude attitude and words they were throwing my way. The talk guy said an unkind word in return. Now I am usually a very calm cool and collected person unless you are extremely rude. I cannot tolerate rudeness or lack of good customer service. These two either need to be put in the back where they can’t talk to anyone or they need...
Read moreI miss the times when American restaurants were run by American people!! Stereotypes are not nice, but the statement about Indians being very stingy and cheap is so true, unfortunately. I placed an order and had a coupon to be scanned, I was then told it would not be applied , but since they already scanned it I could also not use another coupon either. I then made the request to make a few changes to the order since I can’t use my coupon no way, and the person could not understand clearly what I was asking due to the lack of English. I said F it and drove off disappointed. When I got to the next window, I could see the things from my original order on the counter and let the girl at window know I can just go ahead and take the items I did primarily order and pay for by the app and all she said was “ OK OK OK “ but wasn’t understanding what i was saying and was not willing to give the items. As a former supervisor at McDonald’s it was never an issue to simply give things that were made for a person, even if they were taken off a final order ticket, but these things were paid and I was told the order would be canceled and refunded yet I still have not received...
Read moreFirst I want to say, my expectations of McD's are aren't much. But this experience was an epic tragedy. First you'll need to know this McD's has it's own secret system. Order on touch screen kiosks ( I'll admit it's pretty dope scrolling through all of the Coke remix flavers not everyone knows Tangerine Dr Pepper ) don't try to pay at the kiosk silly, you wait in line again to pay at the counter. I was presented with a numbered table marker. Shout out to the young customer that let me know they were calling my secret number on the receipt. Table marker with number turns out is just decorative. No fries in the two happy meals. Back waiting in line for those. Need ketchup too. A man asked them to refill the bucket and the worker silently stared in his eyes for a few seconds too long, empath ically conveying "I'm not the employee you're looking for." as she handed him a handful. Total time from order to eating 19 mins. As I was waiting I watched customer after customer do the same thing wait in line for kiosk, order, wait in counter line pay, go to seat, back to counter. I felt bad for watching over and over, but who am I to explain...
