Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lebanon

I have had Jimmy John's several time the food is great. I place an onlie order to pick-up in the drine through. My order was $32. My mom order the tuna on wheat bread. When we got home her tuna was on wheat bread like that you have st home. Her meal alone was $14.25. So I called the store to complain the employee that answered was rude. She said well prices went up and then it was well it says itc tells you what kind of bread it is. I said your business makes sub sandwiches. Then she said I was yelling at her and hung up the phone. First of all if I was yelling at she would've known. Then I called back to talk to a Manager and she didn't answer the phone. So I went back on the website and ordered the same thing for and it says sliced wheat but above it says 8 inch french ( I think) then when you go to pay it shows a 8 inch sub not loaf bread. I grew in the restaurant business so I'm always laid back when I eat out because I understand how hard it is. But I feel like I got duped. I could have made tuna salad at home and made her a hundred...

Lebanon, TN location. During these times of restrictions and Corona Virus I understand establishments such as this not allowing the customers to eat in the restaurant. What I witnesses today was not only appalling but disgusting. The people preparing my food appeared dirty, unwashed and unkempt. They appeared to have just woke up, forgot to shower abd came to work. Most had longer, greasy hair and beards. No on was wearing a mask, hat, or hair net. They would answer the phone or touch other non food items and not change gloves. Yet they still have the nerve to not allow customs to set in the restaurant to eat. I understand good employees are hard to come by but at minimum they should require a clean and hygienic appearance and be required to follow the rules they want their customers...

I have been here 5 times and disappointed each time. Staff has no communication skills. You come in and they don’t say hi, how may I help you, you ready to order. Just a blank stare at you and waiting for you to start the conversation. Twice they only had the drive thru open. Order online, asked for extra mayo and nothing, didn’t mark the sandwich with name per request and a simple cutting of sandwich in half per request couldn’t even be completed. Will drive to another Jimmy John’s before I go back to this one. Oh and they charged me an extra $24 over what the charge actually was (credit card company refunded me back as I had the receipt to showing what the charge really was). I think I will try Jersey Mikes down the road to see if I get better service and not...
