Lebanon McDonald's are at it again! 2 Double cheese burgers, no mustard no pickle. 2 hamburgers, 6 CC cookies. After waiting at the order screen for 5 minutes. We get to the window 7 minutes later to pay he asks you have the 2 hamburgers 6 CC cookies and 2 cheese burgers. I said yes but the cheese burgers were NO mustard and NO pickles, so he had to repot in our order again. We pay get to the pick up window and we are ask now you had the 2 sweet teas extra lemon right. I said NO! And went through my order again. He said oh that order is for 3 cars behind you that's not your order. By this time I've been in line 15 minutes and I'm getting upset, and the next words out of his mouth is pull forward I said you mean with the other 4 cars making me the 5th car he says yeah so what's your problem. I said my.problem is you, and ask for the manager, he without looking said shes busy pull up. I put my car in park and said I'm parked, now I'll either get the manager or my order. This has been a common experience at the Lebanon IN McDonald's since the new fresh quarter pounders were rolled out. It's amazing how fast a manager can appear that just seconds before was busy and asks me what my problem was. I told her from the order mistake to the attitude of the kid handing out the food, and his refusal to get her when I ask the first time. So he had disappeared, she called him over the headset, to come back to the window. I guess he said he was in the restroom, she said I dont care if you are in the middle of a bm I said I want you back here now and not a minute later. She said he has a habit of hiding out in the restroom when he gets in or thinks he going to get in trouble. Well he was there less than 30 seconds later. And she ask him him his version of the story, and of course it was changed to make me look like the bad guy, then she ask him why he had 4 cars parked. One was waiting on a coffee no cream or sugar and he didn't know how to make it. She said it's just coffee in a cup with a lid. The other was 2 ice cream cones, and he didn't have time to make them, the 3rd was a cafe mocha, and the person who makes those went home, and the 4th was a large order for something. And I refused to move. And she said I had all rights not to move. She had been listening to him for the last 30 minutes and recording him and customers responding to him. So now he can hand in his name tag clock out and leave the premises you are no longer working here. If you have to park a black coffee and 2 ice cream cones and a cafe mocha, then this is not the job for you. She apologized to me refunded my money handed me my order and apologized again. Then said now if you will excuse me i need to do the same thing for 4 other cars waiting. If you go in the middle of the day or in the morning you dont have this issue, it's when the young kids (school age) start working at this McDonald's is...
Read moreThis is literally thee worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The only reason they get a star is because i stopped a manager and she actually treated us like customers. I came in to order food for my daughter and myself. I had a question before I finished my order in the kiosk. I stood at the front counter for 5-10 minutes before I myself had to attempt to approach a team member. I say attempt because everyone that did look at me ignored me standing there. I walked up to the delivery spot and said “excuse me” several times loud enough to hear over the beepers but I’ve worked food service so ik when someone is ignoring me on purpose. One woman even looked to the side at me but did not turn around. I turnt around and asked 2 other girls were they treating her the same and she nodded clearly upset. I walked out but ended up catching the manager in the parking lot and told her about my experience. She was actually super nice and apologetic. I lost my appetite in the process but she did get my daughter her happy meal. So the 1 star I did give is solely for her. Mind you I was driving from Chicago to Kentucky so we were already tired and hungry. Tall boy wit blonde curly hair that wouldn’t even let me ask him a simple question? Gotta go. Burgundy/ brunette? Read moreSTAY AWAY! Stopped for a snack for our family while traveling through. We went to the bathroom first. The mens bathroom the toilet was covered in dried puke while spilled on to the floor. The women's bathroom had toilet paper all around the toilet with candy wrappers, the floor was all wet. Made me wonder if it was urine, because it wasn't from being clean. I ordered two #7's at 10:35 am. When asked what size coffee, I said small what it comes with. I paid and started the wait. When looking at my receipt I noticed I was up charged for coffee. I had said small. My daughter tried to order an iced mocha - machine was down. There was one register open and a long line now. I mentioned to the cashier she up charged me for coffee. She said she thought a medium came with it and said someone would have to fix it. Then went back to the line and never called anyone else up to help me. I waited there....nothing. So I called someone up myself. The cashier piped up that that person isn't qualified. I said i wasn't waiting forever and to get me someone who was. Manager now arrived and fixed my bill. Back to the waiting for my 2 meals.....after 10 min a bag was just sitting on the counter - they never called my number, but were calling everyone else's.
