McDonald's — Restaurant in Lebanon

Update: Still got my order wrong. Had to pull forward, and had to wait, but fixed it. Update: They fixed the order and the Manager was upset to hear how bad our service was. Much better service this last time.

Went through the drive thru today and got 2 Large Combo meals and after we got back to work we realized that the fries had no salt on them & were cold. We called & they asked if we could bring the fries back & they would Replace them. Went through the drive thru, again, and after waiting,, Finally got to the window and handed them the sack which they took and a little while later, handed it back. First of all, I didn't think it was sanitary to do that, but didn't say anything. Traveled back to work to eat lunch which was now almost over and realized that they gave us back the same COLD FRIES and just put some salt on them! HOW COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! WE OBVIOUSLY HAD AN ISSUE, IMMEDIATELY RETURNED, AND then McDonald's gave us back COLD FRIES WITH SALT after we were COMPLETELY INCONVENIENCED! TONS of Competition from Arby's to Hardee's to Sonic & More! EAT ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS! HORRIBLE DEAL! DO NOT RECOMMEND...

We arrived at this McDonald's to let our children use the restroom and get some food while traveling. We arrived a little after 9pm on a Friday evening and all of the lobby doors were locked and there were 2 employees mopping up the lobby. All of the doors showed lobby hours until 12am. We all loaded up back in the car and went through the drive thru to get some food before going somewhere else to use the restroom. When we pulled up to the first drive thru window, 2 employees were talking and didn't offer very friendly service. When asked why the lobby was closed, we were told that "it depends on how the manager is feeling and if we are short staffed or not." There were 2 employees visibly cleaning the lobby, 2 employees in the 1st drive thru window and another employee in the 2nd drive thru window. I'm not sure what they consider short staffed at this location but they seemed to have plenty of staff working at the time. Zero stars due to the fact we went through the drive-thru thinking quicker service... well that's a hard NO! Got to second window set there for 3mins and no one opened the window for payment so we pulled to second window and told her no one took payment cus they couldn't open the window. So they took our payment then had us pull up to the second waiting station... we waited 20mins .. TWENTY MINUTES in the stall waiting on our food! I then parked and walked in because while we waited 4 other people after us that were told to pull into waiting stalls got their food before us. And yet I still had to walk in and ask where our food was cus we've waited an 4 people who ordered an waited after us got their food. They wasn't overly busy so why the Heck did it take us 26mins to get our food brought to us then they didn't even bring the happy meal out with our other food so yeah we had to ask for that too after the fact!
