Wendy's — Restaurant in Lebanon

Extremely disappointed every time I go. There is an elderly woman at the drive thru that had no personality and should not be the one that deals with customers. Tonight there was a redhead taking the orders and didn't even let me finish my order before giving me the total and tell me to drive to the 2nd window. When I got to the window the elderly woman started handing me a drink. I am alone in my car and ordered 3 drinks. To me it is common sense to put them in a drink tray. Anyway I asked for a tray since it was only me and she put the drinks in a tray and handed it to me. I put it down on my seat and they all spilled over my car because they aren't tight in there. I asked her for a second one and it seemed like quite an inconvenience. I'm not saying they don't deserve a job but please put then somewhere they don't deal face to face with customers as they are not fit for...

Worked 10 hour day, then driving 4 hours to Rhode island, was planning on getting Wendy's all day and planned my trip in order to make it there in time before closes drive thru at 11pm. Arrived with my wife just before 1030pm. To find they had shut down for the day. No signs up saying why closed early. Saw people inside moving around ignoring us. Also witnessed 2 other vehicles pull in when we did to find the same result. Store closed over 30 mins before advertised time for.no reason. I work at a national chain fast food place as well as a.general manager and best believe we never close earlier then advertised. Only exception would be a maintenance fix and would not be on the busiest day of the week a Friday. And it would be well stated why we closed early and notice's up days in advance. There were two workers who were laughing and making fun of my partner and I while ordering. Both very rude. Food is alright, honestly a last resort for me. Had to repeat my order about 4 different times, they asked if we wanted a strawberry shake, we said yes, they proceeded to give us chocolate (still nice they let us keep the chocolate one). But their attitudes are uncalled for. I personally have really bad social anxiety, and it takes a lot for me to actually interact with humans. And those two workers were absolute set backs from the progress I’ve made with being social. If those two workers are ever here again. I’m walking out immediately.
