Honestly... I have always loved Ziggys and the fact they deliver is a plus since now a days delivery at almost every place seems to rely on doordash which we refuse to use after having bad experiences every time. But .. we live 3 miles away.. or less? $5 for delivery on 1 thing? Seriously? And is that $5 going to the driver? Because I won't be spending $40 and the tipping out for a pizza dude. Nope. Its 2025 and life is too expensive. We aren't poor, but we aren't rich! And sooo... on a Monday night we decided screw it and ordered a Texas BBQ chicken salad & a Steak n Cheese. We waited well over an hour and we are at the time we ordered less than 5 min away. (It takes 5 min with traffic it wasn't busy out when we ordered) The salad, TEXAS BBQ CHICKEN SALAD... had NO BBQ on it, with it, ect. !!! And unfortunately we ran out last week and I havent been able to go grab more yet. So the salad SUCKED. The sub was SOGGY and I asked for extra cheese... IT HAD ONE SMALL STRING OF CHEESE down the top of it. That's it. This is not the only time. It has literally been EVERY TIME for the last year !!!!! I dont know if its just employees not caring (seems to be an ongoing issue in the Upper Valley these days) or what is going on. But for the prices you are charging... YOUR SERVICE AND FOOD DOES NOT LIVE UP TO IT AND THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME WE ORDER HERE WITHOUT PICKING IT UP AND CHECKING IT IS PERFECT FIRST. That's if we even come back. Its so annoying. Im so sick and tired of wasting money because people wanna get paid but NOT WORK. Also, Can your drivers maybe be more respectful of their environments when delivering? Blasting their music SUPER LOUD AND PARKING IN THE MIDDLE OF A ROAD LEAVING THE MUSIC BLARING AND BUMPING AND BEING AN INCONVENIENCE IN THE ROAD IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THERE ARE ELDERLY PEOPLE AROUND US THAT CALL THE LANDLORD BLAMING THE TENNATS BECAUSE THEY ORDERED FROM THE PLACE - THEIR FAULT. Sounds insane.. but its the truth and your business should be represented as professional not a bunch of punks with loud music and dilligaf attitudes...
Read moreThis would have been 2 stars, but how clean the restaurant and bathroom were and the prices gave it the the 3rd star. We were there 2 hours and 40 minutes and most of that was waiting. I came here with family and a friend on a Saturday. We got there about 1, and there were 8 of us. They sat us at a table between another table with customers and a booth, but told us that the side by the booths we couldn't have someone sit there. That meant two people were crowded on a one person end at an already crowded table. When asked if we could slide two tables, we were told no because a customer had broken the leg of a table doing so previously? They could have just sat at 2 table next to each other; there was plenty of room. Service was near non existent. After we were seated, it was about 15 minutes before the lady came over, got drink order, roughly another 10/15 before they were brought to the table. There was a good 30 minutes between the drinks being brought to the table and the food order to be taken. Appetizer was brought out about 30 minutes later, food another 25ish. They will not make their burgers medium. Only well done, which let's be honest, if I wanted a flavorless burger, I'd eat one made of cardboard. This is the only restaurant I have ever been to that only makes well done burgers. After our food order was taken, there were more patrons arriving, so I understand being busy, as well as shorthanded. We did only see two waitresses at first. It was about 40 minutes for our food to come out. It was alright. The burger was meh at best, but the BLT was really good according to my friend who had it. My father and the family I was with assured me that this is not the normal, but it definitely so I would try it again and if I do, I hope it is better. The bar was set pretty low this...
Read moreI have never received such terrible service in my life. A group of us went to Ziggys West Lebanon to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were on the bar side and all arrived at slightly different times, there were about 10 of us. Because of this our ordering was staggered. I can understand that this would make it difficult for the waitstaff, but instead of having a rational conversation with us, our waiter rudely barked that we all needed to order at the same time, then stormed off before we could reply. When he came back, a member of our party addressed the issue saying he was rude to us, then he exclaimed that he wasn't dealing with this tonight and stormed off again. A few minutes later a member of the bar staff approached us and said we all needed to be on one check and order at the same time because they can't deal with this on a Thursday night. Our other option was to go over to the other side of ziggys and order food individually there, and then sit in the bar area and order our drinks from him. We would no longer be dealing with our original waiter. We decided to order individually over on the other side. My husband and I ended up leaving before the rest of the group, but I'm told about half an hour later the group was rudely told that they can't order on one side and then sit on the bar side. They stated that he told them to do exactly that. Then he said he never said that. I can't understand why this got so out of control or why a calm and simple conversation couldn't be had. I understand that the way we were ordering would have been difficult, but I have also definitely ordered with larger groups in a restaurant on seperate checks, and in any situation the rudeness we were met with was almost unbelievable. My only regret is that I left as much...
